Good experience great savings

Made a mistake by duplicating an order and paying for them. Contacted wowcher and was very pleased with their response, both timewise and outcome. They very quickly agreed to refund 1 of the orders and advised me on the way to redeem my voucher item.

It was easy enough to access offer and understand the conditions but after receiving message to confirm and call hotel staff member said no availability for chosen dates even though they were in website arranged alternative dates

Don’t really know how I managed to get the great deals I got but needless to say I’m excited about going out for dinner to the two restaurants I’ve picked at a fraction of the usual price. Reviews to follow 🤞🏼

Bought a 5pm 3 course meal and a glass of wine for Rumi. Lovely restaurant, attentive staff and nice food. Staff were very friendly and we didn't wait to be seated or to take our orders. Would visit again as very nice and reasonable price for what you received.

Attempted to cancel a hotel voucher purchase but found it extremely difficult to do so due to the lack of proper contact options.

There is no standard email or phone support available — only WhatsApp (which I do not use for privacy reasons) or postal contact, which incurs cost and delay. This creates an unnecessary barrier to something that should be straightforward.

To try and resolve this, I sent cancellation notices to two relevant email addresses associated with the business. Neither received any response.

Wowcher have now replied to this review asking for more information, however there is still no accessible way to provide this without using WhatsApp or paid post, which I have already explained is not acceptable.

Instead of being able to properly cancel or even receive acknowledgement, I am now simply being encouraged to use the voucher before it expires.

This is not a reasonable or transparent customer process. Consumers should not have to jump through hoops or incur additional cost just to exercise basic cancellation rights.

For clarity, this relates to Order 51263741 and a cancellation request already submitted.

I remain open to resolving this promptly if Wowcher provide a normal email contact or confirm a refund.

The web site indicated that you could recover 50% of the value of a unused voucher, which had not expired. However this did not appear to work on the web site. There is no customer service emails or telephone numbers on the web site, and there was no response from the ones I found on search engines. Therefore the voucher I bought a relative who subsequently became too ill to use it was completely wasted.
