Excellent experience with this shop. Human & Professional.

Excellent experience with this shop. Buying online can sometimes be a hassle, but 5palcow really gives you the human touch that sometimes is missing online.

I have 2 experiences to share with them: I ordered a pair of shoes for myself, the sizing was wrong. I returned them without hassle and they refunded me quickly and without problem so I could get the right size. Then, I wanted to buy a pair for a family member, and I had a question about sizing. They replied super quickly to my email and we even had a phone call with one of their representatives. Damian was very helpful in this call.

So I can absolutely reccomend them. And the Peluva shoes are great if, for specific situations, you're looking for a bit more padding than Vibram's FF can offer.
