Don’t trust this platform.
I made my first deposit on Saturday morning. Only a small deposit of $50 to test the platform. It’s now Monday night and they still haven’t processed my transaction. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times who have avoided giving any information whatsoever except that someone will contact me directly.
I’ve tried most platforms at this point and I will say that you are better off going with Leon since they have instant deposits and almost instant withdrawals via crypto as an option.
Would have loved to review this platforms gaming experience but unfortunately haven’t even been able to get to that point 3 days after depositing funds.

This casino is a joke and the company that did the review are getting paid by 5gringos to give a good review!!! I'm a level 4 vip. I was using their website for a while. At the beginning things were fairly normal, good bonuses, nice staff, proper game collection, but I lost every single deposit I made for months...

From the moment I had my first win and made my 1st withdrawal request, trouble ensued..

All of sudden, the withdrawal system starts canceling withdrawal requests on its own ( according to them,but i sincerely doubt it), and delaying the withdrawal a few days at a time. All in the hopes of me gambling that money and losing all of it, but I held on and got my 1st withdrawal.

I made accounts at their sister sites because I honestly thought this was a respectable company despite all the signs. Anyways, I started winning more often and making withdrawals then all of a sudden, after making my final withdrawal request, I try to log in, I get a message " account frozen " got intouch with customer service and they said: your account has been blocked permanently, reason (fraud) obviously, it wasn't fraud because if it was, I would have not received any of my withdrawals including the very last one. Which they paid me even after blocking my account.

I researched their terms and conditions and I cam the conclusion that I was banned because of this ( using unfair betting margins, low bets, with minimal risk, which in our opinion is system abuse and guaranteed win is achieved ) seriously? So, if I am making big bets like an idiot and losing big money, ita okay?!

Conclusively, as long as you are losing 90% of the time, you shall remain in their good graces, if you start winning, it's fraud.

You can fact check this if you want, my advise, do not touch this website with a 10 foot poll, chances are if you ever end up winning big, you are on for the biggest disappointment in your life.

I made a $300 deposit and was never credited it. I emailed support several times showing the proof that the funds left my bank and confirmation was deposited into their banking site and they still didn't credit me my funds stating they didn't receive the funds.

I was attempting to make a withdrawal I had won some money. I kept receiving an error, it required me to play my deposit through before I could withdrawal, which is not a problem. I had already played $100 over my deposit amount.

I contacted the chat support and informed them the error and went through the following steps.

- cleared my history, cache
- tried another browser
- tried multiple devise with the same fixes above.
- used incognito mode
- emailed support as well with no answer.
- then I was told to wait an hour and I did. Then I waited a day!

Well I finally gave up and played hoping I would get the error to go away. From $1900 down to $1000 and attempted withdrawals all the way to 0.

To start off I thought they were a grate casino I had a small withdrawal and I receive it in 2 days. Then I had a new withdrawal of $600 2 days later my withdrawal I was told I needed to verify because I could receive my withdrawal. I sent all my documents and then was told it will take 3 days to review my documents. What??? Made second deposit and their site had misleading promotion for 100% deposit.
Made the deposit and they never gave it.
Once I made contact they told me I already used the bonus .
