I recently purchased a fragrance online from "50 ml UK" and am highly disappointed with the experience. The delivery taking long time, and their customer service is exceptionally poor. Furthermore, they refused to issue a refund simply because the packaging had been opened—an illogical policy, as it is completely impossible to evaluate a fragrance without opening it. If their expectation is that customers test scents at physical retail stores first, there is no incentive to use their substandard online service. I strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor.

The perfume smelled amazing. Tokyo tranquil my mango scent and the delivery was quick also . Highly recommend

I registered with your company because I was promised a welcome pack gift code shortly via email. After waiting two days, it still did not arrive. I needed the item for a gift that week, so I purchased it anyway. When I called your support line, I was told I had to wait for it, and they refused to add the code to my current order even though it was not dispatched then. The support was extremely unhelpful, and the staff were rude. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since the process seemed so simple.

I ordered a perfume from 50ml and had been reassured by the positive reviews I read. The perfume I bought was the best price I could find online. Perfume was as described, with some free samples, packaged well and arrived within a week to my address in Scotland. Would definitely have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.

I love the perfume collections especially the extrait de perfume. They are affordable and very fast tracked delivery. Highly recommended!

Getting a response takes ages anytime I've been in touch. Really hard to deal with, so I can't recommend this retailer if anything goes wrong.
Long story short contacted them about a review, we disvovered I was sent an opened perfume, they resent me a new one, which was a lovely gesture of course. But unfortunately the moment I had issues with the courier and messaged them a few times, they didn't bother to assist, where I shouldn't be dealing with the courier and chasing my parcel in the first place. It was a total disaster. Took over a week for the parcel to finally reach me, but cost me a lot of time and nerves. I really think the customer service is just bad.

The quality of the perfume was excellent, so I got the real deal. I had some questions and issues initially (about custom duty in the UK as I didn't want to pay it), and the communication was excellent, fast, and resolved really quickly. Delivery was fast, everything went well, I didn't have to pay customs duty but even if I did, they assured me that they will refund that amount to me, all in all, excellent customer service and the product quality, at much lower prices than in the UK. Love this company and will order from them again!
