I am writing this review on behalf of Manuel Gonzalez, customer care representative Manny. To whom it may concern he is a perfect example of what quality customer care and service represents. He was very patient and kind. He answered the phone multiple times he sent emails back-and-forth. He work with me to resolve the problem at hand. that I absolutely could not have done on my own. I am most grateful that he picked up the phone and stayed with me until the problem was resolved. I am indeed a satisfied and happy customer. Elite company, and great Customer Service. You found the best!

Other companies could take a lesson from this company when it comes to Customer Service. Megan will make it right for you! And Manny will help you with anything you need to purchase… I had a slight problem with a severed wire after five years of owning the chair… They stepped up and made it right. One of the chairs we purchased had a…

One of the chairs we purchased had a faulty vibrating unit in the back of the chair. We called 4SEATING, proved the purchase and received a new back for the chair.
It took a couple of months, but I am thoroughly happy by the replacement. The vibrating unit did not hurt the "Chair" function at all ;-)
Thank you 4SEATING for honoring the warranty and valuing your customers.

One of our home theater chairs stopped…

One of our home theater chairs stopped working. I emailed customer service and got a reply within the hour. Megan told me exactly how to figure out what was wrong with our chair. I called to make sure I was doing it correctly and she was so so helpful. It is getting fixed, we are getting the replacement parts asap. It is so rare to find good customer service these days and I would buy of these chairs if I needed them because I know that they stand behind them.

I can't say enough good things about…

I can't say enough good things about this recliner.
I had surgery on my shoulder and needed to sleep in a recliner for long period of time. I slept well with no problems.
The recliner is well built and to this day looks like, and feels new.
I highly recommend 👌
