I used to be diamond 5, now you reduced me to diamond and now to diamond 2 suddenly few weeks ago. Why?

Hello again I deposited 130k and lost and received bonus of 1800 and 3000 rs total approx 5k bonus on 130k deposit and loss from my pocket. This bonus amount was not rational and i expected atleast 10% on my loss but you guys don't give bonus like before. At the time of bet placement, you can very well see in the betting history details that your rajbet scoreboard was displaying the score as only 15 Runs - 2 overs end. But at the time 18:16pm IST, in actual match 6 overs were already over and actual score is more than 60+ Runs.
Then why your system has still displayed incorrect scoreboard and misleaded players to place their bets. This misleaded information has now resulted my loss.
This is an unfair gaming. I have already escalated this matter to your support team..
But just blaming your service provider is not acceptable, your system should void all the bets which were placed during the technical issues at your website.
Your organization is accountable for it.
You can very well verify the actual score of the match at the time of my bet placement.
