At the time of requesting the withdrawal, I accidentally entered an incorrect bank account number:

Your system shows the withdrawal as “Paid Out”, but the account number used (5537100758385) does not correspond to any real bank account in my bank. The bank has confirmed that no such account exists, so no account statement can be issued for this number.
In Indian banking, when funds are sent to a non‑existent / invalid account number, the transaction is normally rejected and the funds are automatically returned to the sender’s bank / merchant account, since there is no valid beneficiary account to credit.
Therefore, instead of asking me for a bank statement on a non‑existent account, please coordinate with your payment provider / acquiring bank using the withdrawal reference and token number. They should be able to confirm whether the payout to 5537100758385 was rejected and credited back to your side, and then you can either:
• Credit the funds back to my gaming account, or
• Re‑process the withdrawal to my correct bank account number 553710010758385 (IFSC: UBIN0CG7999).
I am happy to provide a statement from my actual existing bank account (553710010758385) to show that I have not received this withdrawal. However, it is not technically possible to provide a statement for a bank account that does not exist.
