The customer service and quality is great! Multiple emails checking in and double checking on the designs. Quick response to all questions and changes. I'll definitely use them again.

We had a quick turnaround for an event and they made it happen - very proactive & communicative on timing which I really appreciated one less thing to worry about for our event. Lanyards turned out great too!

I ordered some custom remove before flight tags and when I hit submit there was some error that made it seem like the order didn't go through but I didn't want to chance being billed twice. So, I emailed customer service and Daniel got back to me and explained there had been a problem with the system but he could take care of me, which he did. We worked out payment and he followed up several times to make sure everything was ok. Product turned out great as well.

The product we ordered, and the customer service, was top notch! I'd suggest this company to anyone looking for promotional items! Excellent work all the way around!

Ordered custom "Remove Before Flight" keychain/tags from 4INLANYARDS. The design team worked with me on what would look good for print vs stitched and items came out looking great! Ordered some plastic fans and the entire experience was pleasant. I reached out before the order was placed to asked a couple of question to get a better understanding of the product, so that the expectation and the product match. I was connected with Megan, and provided the best customer service. Megan kept me informed with the process of my order and ensured that it was delivered on-time.

Ordered custom “clacker”/line dancing fans as promotional items for my business. Confirmed with the representative (in writhing) that the fans being ordered were the fans which make a clacking sound used for line dancing. Based upon these representations, I purchased the fans. When the fans arrived they were NOT clacker fans. (Fans make absolutely NO SOUND). The purchase was a waste of money because not what we wanted and could not use them as planned. Further, the quality of the fans received was poor, so we have no use for the fans received. Disappointed and ripped off.
