poor quality shirts and different colors(I only ordered white)

I ordered 50 white shirts for our company as ordered by my boss. We were all so disappointed when the shirts arrived. The print is good, but the fabric itself is of poor quality and there are several different kinds of fabric and a few of them are even off-white. These are for employees to be worn as a uniform so they should all be the same fabric and the same color.
I emailed them to complain but no response. When we were in the process of printing the shirts, they were so quick to respond but now...they're nowhere to be found.

Filtered reviews entirely. Slow or no response to inquiries with live agents online in the website chat. VERY poor communication and likely because you cannot view ratings details when the stars are fewer than 4 out of 5 and they do NOT want to discuss. Will NOT be purchasing anything from such a "company".

Confusing Website w Less Options for Products

Website is easy to search but is not intuitive once you try to get details about specific items. I am not sure how others are getting personal attention? It's a website. I find that working with local mom & pop promotional item providers, that they can source more colors and imprint options of items. They also provide updates as items ship and if anything comes in damaged ( which anything can be damaged in production or shipping) they handle it and I don't have to spend my time doing that. I find that paying 10% less for some items is not worth the extra work. I don't have time for it. I always prefer dealing with local professionals than online companies - no matter what the projects are.

attempt to obtain some samples- customer service person was rude and treated me poorly- will take my business elsewhere where I am sure I will be treated better- lost out on a major sale refused to let me speak to a manager-

Thankful and grateful customer!

4imprint took my t-shirt order and design when I was turned down by other companies. I am very pleased with their job on my design idea. They gave me a great price. A price others said they could not match. I am very pleased with 4imprint and hope to bring them more orders for designer t-shirts in the future!

Product was great and arrived in timely…

Product was great and arrived in timely fashion. HOWEVER, their payment and billing is atrocious. Claimed first payment failed, so provided them another card immediately. BTW, first card was fine and was used later same day for larger purchases. They apparently made an error in card processing. Items received and received a duplicate bill in the mail two months later! Would not recommend them unless you have copious amounts of free time to correct their mistakes.

I ordered on June 14th 2023 and my…

I ordered on June 14th 2023 and my order didn't arrive until June 23rd and although they got the text right, it's too small and top center (i bought kitchen magnets).

I found out the reason I didn't get sooner is because they were waiting for me to confirm the order. I don't get that. I confirmed the order when I made the purchase and sent my design to them.

But they didn't ship til 6/22. Poor service imo.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. It is like pulling teeth trying to get the order complete. So many steps, so many people to talk to to try and complete the process. Very unprofessional. Our company has spent thousands with 4-imprint. That, we will do no more.

Great design help! Great customer service! They met my tight deadline!

There are quite a few negative 4imprint reviews on Trustpilot, but I had a great experience with them. My order was promised for June 7. I was notified that the order had been shipped on June 1 and UPS tracking numbers were given. Days went, by and UPS reported no "movement" of the shipment. 4Imprint assured me not to worry--that the order was en route. On June 5, there was still no sign of the shipment's progress and 4imprint also concluded that the shipment may have been lost. They re-did the order, shipped it to me overnight air, and it arrived in time for my event. I found customer service to be extremely responsive each time we emailed or spoke. I was VERY impressed.

Customer for Years - Highly Recommend!

I've used 4imprint for years, for a variety of products and promotional materials. Every single customer service member, sales representative, and employee I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to give me a wonderful customer experience and to ensure that my order is perfect. The prices are fantastic, quality is great, and the company really does care about its customers. Highly recommend 4imprint!

I ordered coffee cups from 4Imprint…

I ordered coffee cups from 4Imprint online. I submitted the artwork and made minor revisions, The cups are GORGEOUS and they did a fantastic job. I am super happy with the product, the print and delivery were super fast. They are everything I was hoping for and more.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 separate items a month ago and have not received a single one. I have made multiple attempts to contact Christina Buehner but keep getting emails that she is out of the office.

Some of the rudest customer service…

Some of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever met. I was told they were out of what I ordered after I had placed and paid for my order because they forgot to mark it as out of stock. Then I was told that they could not honor the original price given to me because they forgot they had to pay licensing (not mentioned in any of the 3 first invoices or 40+ original emails) and wanted to charge me an almost $400 difference. Finally, they told me that because there was a delay while I figured out if a replacement product could be used due to their stock issues that in order to get it in time for my event I would need to pay them $300 in rush shipping fees. Not once was anyone I worked with nice or understanding, they pushed the blame back in circles on each other and over email their responses were, short, crude, and incredibly unprofessional. I had high hopes for this company but I would not recommend after this experience.

This NEVER happens.... :)

There was a mistake with the printing of my order. I'm actually not sure whose fault it was, but when I called the rep I was shocked when they simply said they would replace the order!!! WHAT? That never happens. Within the hour I placed another order. I am beyond happy with the service and quality!

Great Choice!

I've used 4imprint.com for over a decade for our custom premiums. They have been very good to me. There is rarely an issue, but if one arises, they are quick to offer assistance and to make it right.

I didn't know the level of…

I didn't know the level of unprofessionalism and lack of response until I ordered some products myself. This is the last time am ordering from these people (4imprint). I need to find another supplier. Very disappointing for what I am paying for. I am still waiting for my tracking number.

I wish I can give minus Star review

I wish I can give minus Star review. I never delt with such unprofessional company in my career. I ordered sample backpack (C142910) in June and Its been 5 months I haven't received any thing. I have requested a tracking number from their customer service representatives multiple times but they didnt have themselves, always so confused regarding the process. I called their customer service number so many times in these 5 months but no one care to get back to me ! They are absolutely worst and most disorganized people to deal with. I will not recommend them at all to anyone!
