From Frustration to Resolution: My 4HIM4HER Experience
I wanted to update my previous review of 4HIM4HER to reflect recent developments. Initially, I had a negative experience with the company, but I'm pleased to report that the situation has been resolved satisfactorily.
To recap, I had subscribed to 4HIM4HER and was happy with my first month's delivery. However, the second delivery never arrived, and I faced issues with invoicing and collection attempts for undelivered packages.
After my initial frustration, I reached out to their customer service again. I'm glad to say that they took my concerns seriously this time. They thoroughly investigated the matter and acknowledged that there had indeed been issues with lost shipments.
As a result of this investigation, 4HIM4HER has taken the following actions:
- They have cancelled all outstanding invoices related to the undelivered packages.
- The cases with Collectia, the collection agency, have been dropped entirely.
I appreciate the company's willingness to rectify the situation and take responsibility for the problems that occurred. Their response demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction that wasn't apparent in our initial interactions.
While my experience started rocky, the resolution has restored some faith in the company. It's clear that 4HIM4HER is capable of good customer service when pressed on the issue. However, I would still advise potential customers to be vigilant and communicate promptly if any issues arise.
In light of this positive resolution, I'm revising my earlier negative recommendation. While there's room for improvement in their initial response to problems, 4HIM4HER has shown that they're willing to make things right when pushed to do so.
