My question was answered quickly with easy instructions on how to add another product to my monthly subscription. Would highly recommend Skin 47 products and their customer service team are brilliant!

I’m trying to return an item that was on a subscription in error, it’s taking far far too long!!!!

Products do what they are advertised to, they clear blemishes, help minimise redness and scarring from acne as well as prevent further breakouts, breakdown blackheads and reduce bumps and pores on the skin.

I will never be without 47 skincare as the difference it has made on my acne is undeniable.

Fantastic products, that have without a doubt improved my daughters skin. So refreshing to have prompt and helpful customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend 47 Skin.

Great product!! I bought it for my niece and she loved it, then her sister loved it too! Both teenagers…. i also use it as it helps an old scar of mine ( i am 51).
Would recommend to all ages!

1st class delivery on time and kept up to date

This product has become a staple in my routine.
Gentle on my skin but effective in keeping on top of the hormonal blemishes I had begun experiencing as part of perimenopause.
I've been using for over 6 months and don't suffer with breakouts any longer.
The subscription service is excellent.

I did NOT ask for a subscription and automatically I just received another product and another charge less than a month after receiving the he first product which has more than 2/3 still

I emailed customer service Sunday evening and Monday morning they were straight back to me with an answer. The serum is the only thing that works on my daughters skin and the service is fantastic

Ordering and delivery is good, for the 2 times I've ordered. The product hasn't helped my particular skin condition (hormone-related Rosacea), and might have made it a bit worse, I'm definitely getting more spots than I did before. In addition, once you get to the bottom 3rd of the bottles of product, it's really difficult to get it out, spending minutes every day banging it out onto my hand, shaking it (as per instructions on the website), adding a bit of warm water seems to loosen it a bit but still lots left. I'll finish up what I have left but probably won't order again.

Sadly, this products did not work for me. It might have if I was rich, but I couldn’t continue to re-orderI gave it well longer than a month and they say you will see changes between 4 to 6 weeks I used it morning at night,. But anyways, customer service was on top of all of my questions. Nobody left me hanging. I would ask something they would get right back to me. was like we were almost friends just back-and-forth conversation. I live in Ontario Canada, so I’m technically not eligible for a first time refund

one rep said I wasn’t eligible and so I just cut my losses but another rap said You will get your refund I was so grateful for the customer service and so grateful for the first time refund. you definitely don’t get customer service like this in Canada.! so thank you to all the customer service perhaps helped me out in my dream sincerely, Sharmin from Canada Ontario

Order placed easily, dispatched promptly and received earlier than expected. Great customer service

Despite receiving confirmation from the customer service that my delivery address had been updated to my new location, and my order will be delivered to my new address. I can see from the tracking that the package is still being shipped to my old address. The lack of coordination is very disappointing.

Good product, my daughter loves it.

Bought this for my son. In under two weeks pretty much all of his spots have gone. Worth every penny

The product itself is incredible. My face has cleared up so much, I actually feel happy and positive to leave the house!! I’m not overly keen on the glass bottle. I’m onto my third bottle and I’ve had a problem with all 3. The pick up pipe easily gets clogged, and once I’ve flushed it out, it doesn’t seem to flow the product through as easy. I am not able to use all the product therefore there’s wastage. Would you consider a different method? A squeezey bottle??
Like I said though before, incredible product and I am a happy customer.

Always struggled with acne and blemish skin ever since a teenager at being in my 40's, and after trying everything on the market, I had given up.
I noticed this product on line at at first thought it was costly for a 'face cleanser' but after using this for over a year, my skin has never looked better and I am no longer afraid of 'breakouts' anymore. I use this cleanser daily and it isn't harsh but feels great on the skin
I normally let it rest on my face whilst brushing my teeth and then rinse off just to let the silver do its thing.
Delivery is super fast too and customer service has always been rapid and helpful.
