I use the Velox 2 for everything

I use the Velox 2 for everything. I carry my laptop to work every day with my workout clothes, and f I'm adventuring down in Moab, I take out my laptop and put in my mtn biking gear. Comfortable and very sturdy. Great company, great products and great people.

GREAT LOOK BUT POOR QUALITY

I will say firstly, the redline backpack I bought from here is really fit for purpose! Its an amazing shape, look, and has many pockets and compartments!

However…. The back started to slowly tear at the seam about a week after it arrived, and slowly became a huge hole. It’s very obvious that the material (just below the main zip and above the shoulder straps) is very poor quality!! Thin and easily ripped!!! I live in the UK and would be very expensive to send this back for repairs….

Bad Quality and Bad Warranty

I have bought 3 of their packs of varying styles. All of them had the zippers break within the first week to 1 month of use. Initially with the first 2 packs the company sent a replacement with proof of purchase and photos of the problem. However, they have changed their lifetime warranty policy. Now they make you ship the pack to them to fix it and expect me (you) to pay for the shipping.

This is what they said "With our new warranty process we ask that you ship the defected bag back to us so we can repair your zipper...........We ask that you pay for shipping costs to send it back to us. Please make sure you send us a tracking number for the return. We will pay the shipping to have your replacement sent out to you."
