Shaun's help and enthusiasm made our weekend with the Tesla 90D an experience we'll always remember. If you haven't yet driven an EV contact 3F EV .be prepared to be greatly impressed. Great present for Xmas or birthdays!

It really was so easy to deal with 3F EV. From my initial enquiries, through ordering the car, taking delivery and handing back was so straight forward and made easy. Their manner was always friendly and professional.

Hired a Model S for a bank holiday weekend, excellent service and the car exceeded my expectations. The car is amazing and this is a great way to try it out. The superchargers work really well too and make it convenient without having to have a home charger.

3F EV is brilliant! The service is great, Shaun couldn't be more accommodating. It helps that the cars are so awesome too. I took the Tesla for 48 hours and now every car I drive from now on is a disappointment!

Overall an excellent experience with the company. Shaun Carter did a great job in having the car ready and dropping me back at the airport in time to catch my flight early in the morning. So super appreciative of his efforts. Overall, my only challenge is that the hire of the Telsa Model S, while in line with competitors was quite expensive all said and done. 3F EV did provide a small discount, however not enough for me to want to hire one again in the near future.

We picked up the amazing Model X 90D on Thursday, and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Shaun led us through the booking process in an incredibly helpful way. When it came time to pick up the car, the handover was quick and easy, and Shaun showed us all the features of the Model X.

As for the road trip itself, if you know Tesla's you know what the expect - the the 3 days we had the car, we managed a trip to Inverness and back, and we were as comfortable at the end of the journey as the beginning!

The worst part about it is having to hand the car back the end, but at least that means it is less time until we get to do it again!

I rented the Tesla S 90 D for a long weekend and drove to share the experience with a friend who has done a lot of rallying, and has an enviable collection of cars.
He was surprised to find that the 0-60 mph time of the Tesla was quicker than his 6 litre V12 Aston Martin, possibly helped by the 4x4 traction and no gear changing. He also liked the regenerative “engine braking” as that gave more control from just one pedal.
As he is an excellent engineer and has been a motoring enthusiast for many years, I had reservations about his reaction to an electric car and computer control. I need not have worried as, once he had driven it, he was as enthusiastic as I was.
As the full range is just short of 300 miles, we could easily plan our journey from Kent to the Midlands via Tesla supercharger stations with the aid of the on-board computer. We only needed one stop each way. Plugging it in to the ordinary house mains overnight added another 80 miles.
The staff at 3F EV made it all very easy and were very helpful and professional.

I rented a Tesla Model S over a weekend to determine whether it would actually suit me for my daily commute and occasional long distance drives.
I wanted to do a fairly long range drive to get used to the Supercharger network and try and make use of the public charge network. They even provided me with a Tesla CHAdeMO adaptor so that I could try out some of the rapid public charge points.
Shaun dropped the car off to me at my place of work in Kent on the Friday afternoon ready for me to use over the weekend.
I made use of AutoPilot on the motorways and the adaptive cruise control on more local/country roads. To my surprise, the adaptive cruise control also slowed down the vehicle on approach to relatively sharp turns on country roads. Autopilot was a dream to use on motorways.
Acceleration in these vehicles is incredible. Something that needs to be experienced to believed.
This was May 2016. In June I had ordered my Tesla Model S and received it at the end of September.
I won't ever go back to driving a conventional vehicle, electric all the way for me in the future!

Twenty fours hours with a Tesla S was long enough to conclude several things. First, it is incomparable and as such redefines what cars should be. Second, it makes all petrol / diesel driven vehicles seem antique, and doomed. Third, it will force all other car makers to stop being lazy, complacent and greedy, and belatedly start producing cars fit for the 21st century. Four, computer designers make better cars than car designers. Five, electric cars can be super efficient and stunningly fast. Six, it will bring an end to car dealerships, expensive servicing and most garages, and many, many car parts companies. Seven, range anxiety will soon be forgotten as recharging stations will multiply as quickly as electric car sales increase. Eight, even though most other car makers will soon be jumping on the bandwagon, they've left it too late to stop Tesla becoming the biggest manufacturer of top quality electric cars. Nine, it is worth the money. Ten, if the Model 3 is anywhere near as good it will become the best selling electric car in the world.

It is both the easiest and the most impressive car I've driven, making even my Lotus Elise feel like a bit of a slouch. The seemingly endless power happens seamlessly and without any drama, beyond a slight whooshing of displaced air and an even less audible whine of the twin motors. Pulling out of junctions is like being thrown from a massive catapult, and overtaking on motorways happens in the blink of an eye. You just know the people being left in your wake are saying "What the **** was that?". Having four wheel drive on the 90D and the weight distributed low down with the batteries in the floor pan, makes the handling and acceleration from the 417 brake horse power really controllable and predictable. I really don't know what the point would be in getting the 'P' version with over 700 bhp when this 'ordinary' version gets to 60 in 4.2 seconds. We recharged twice at Tesla Superchargers and plugged in for about 40 minutes, each time giving us around 200 more free miles to play with. Sitting watching other people filling their cars with £40, £50 or £60 worth of fossil fuel didn't make me envy their turnaround speed one bit, instead I thought you poor sods will have to do that over and over again spending a vast amount of money to get anywhere while I'm going everywhere for free, and much faster and in much greater style. Try one, you won't regret it (though forever after you'll hate the car you normally drive).

I found 3FEV very helpful, with a brilliant personal service. Funmi and Shaun couldn't do enough to help and the car was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to use their company again and happily recommend them to anyone.

Shaun was great, the car was great and the experience was great. Rented a Tesla Model S for a three day weekend, travelled about 500 miles, supercharged had coffee and had a fantastic weekend. Highly recommended way to try a Tesla without the pressure of buying one after a test drive. I wil be using again one I've saved some more pennies!
