I have reached out via chat a couple times to report a technical issue and each time, I was acknowledged and it was obvious that the support staff wanted to figure out exactly what the issue was so that they could fix it.

I really appreciate 3DSellers platform because I think it gives me an edge with collectible card sales on eBay. My favorite feature is the listing tool which lets me adjust prices quickly and separate my eBay inventory from warehouse inventory.

I've been with 3Dsellers for a few months now and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. The product itself is a Godsend, really. I tried a number of other services, but none offered all of the features that I needed. 3Dsellers offers everything I need. And anytime I've had a question, I've been met with nothing but positive replies. And response time? Nothing short of fantastic! Even on the weekends, Aaron gets back to me in short order. Not sure when he sleeps. If you are looking for a tool that can help you list large numbers of items on eBay, (csv uploads are fantastic!) 3Dsellers is for you.

This app is a life saver, what ever you can ask from eBay to add to their platform these guys taking is seriously, phenomenal daily progress and responsive team on a different level. Thank you guys

If you are selling on eBay or Amazon then 3D Sellers are going to make your life a lot easier. I have been using their software for over 6 months now and I am extremely pleased with it. One of the biggest challenges in eCommerce is customer service and this alone could be the difference between success or failure. 3D Sellers makes this a breeze by allowing you to set up "canned" responses, which makes responding to your customers' messages a lot quicker. They also help with shipment tracking, feedback requests, and offer management. My experience hasn't been without some hiccups but their customer service and support are excellent. Five stars from me and great value for money.

I've used another major listing software prior to joining 3Dsellers. Since my switch, my listings have looked and performed better than ever. The customer service has been outstanding with fast responses and corrections to bugs in a timely manner. They've also quickly implemented important suggested enhancements, sometimes within 24 hours. It's a great product and a great team. I've enjoyed using their product.

Fantastic service, the team are always encouraging and promptly responding to feedback and suggestions on how the site can be improved. They truly care about the service they are providing and are happy to discuss any requirements I need as a seller using the platform. I used to pay more than double for a system with little interest in listening to use feedback, very glad I switched over.

We've been working with 3D Seller for a year already and it's a pleasure to get the service of this level. The customer support is very thoughtful and replies in a timely manner. It's also a very handy app to export listings data and upload prices and quantities very quickly! Even if some issues arise they can hop on a call with you to help it fix. Another feature that we are using with the 3D seller is the Feedback reminder, which helped us to get 700 additional feedback comments in a year (our total count started from 1700 stars and now it reached 4200). I do recommend this app as they are always improving and help your business a lot!

3D Sellers are very responsive to website problems I have discovered and reported. 3D Sellers is a great way to add extra features to eBay such as creating artificial scarcity by limiting the number of in-stock items shown to potential buyers.

It's beautiful to use 3D Sellers as well. Their modern webapp is pleasing to the eye and it is often faster to list on eBay using 3D Sellers listing software rather than using eBay's listing software.
