sent wrong filament not even the right…

whilst service at answering chat and emails was slow they did rectify the issue so I have updated my review accordingly :)

I replied to your email to let you know that I would send the correct reel that day. I can see that it has been delivered. Very reliable

Very reliable, quick fillament deliveries. Only pointer, maybe you could do spools for bambu printers as they recommend not to use cardboard spools.
