Start to finish I found the entire thing really easy. Box was dropped off in a secure location. I filled it with my PLA waste and sent a message for it to be collected.
I'm going to be getting another box.

I love this service. As a 3D printing enthusiast, I create a fair amount of PLA waste. Up until now I have had no environmentally friendly way to dispose of my waste that is both cost effective and convenient. Once you order the box, which is made from PLA waste, it arrives within a couple of days with everything you need, then you fill it till its full, put the lid on, zip the it shut and take it to the post office. - its that easy. It The box is 45 L and takes me roughly 2-3 months to fill, so its great value for money. Any questions I had about what happens to my PLA waste was answered by their team who were really friendly and patient. if you are a 3D Printer like me, you NEED this service.

The box is great, its good to have a re-useable box so as not to create extra waste, it is also very solid, doesn't fall apart and is easy to pack.
Other 3D print waste recycling companies weren't willing to accept PLA with PVA filament and ABS reels together so it was great to find that 3DPW would, while also being cheaper than the company we used to use!
The customer service was excellent and our contact at 3DPW helped us find a custom solution that suited our needs perfectly, I would highly recommend them based on our experience so far.
