It's beautiful

It's beautiful. Well designed. I stopped in the middle of a print and didn't retract thr filament. Two screws to remove the fan housing. Two vertical screws on top revealed a clog in the chamber leading to the nozzle. The four holes for the screws lined up perfectly for reassembly. The test print was very smooth. The printer looked nothing like the beta units tested on youtube.The leveling they whined about was fixed and was very easy to do. I'm happy so far.

I'm really happy with this printer

I'm really happy with this printer. It's my 3rd 3D printer. Had an M3D Cube and an Anycubic i3 prior to buying this one. Easy to assemble what needed assembling and bed leveling was nice and easy. Been printing with it for about a week now and can find no real faults with it. Good deal at a good price!

Worst 3d printer seller by far

Worst 3d printer seller by far

If there was an option for no stars, I would chose that. Extremely unresponsive seller. Started a case through PayPal and still no response. Now it's escalated to a claim.
Just to give some insight. I ordered a $600 large scale 3dprinter. Still not even showing processing after almost a month. Only thing shown is something along the lines of "order received".

UPDATE: they continue and continue to say they sent a refund. Nothing at all. Nothing showing on their site, PayPal or my bank account. Had to open a dispute on PayPal as leverage. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a 3D printer seller or any seller to be exact.

All other reviews are most likely fake considering this is actually a Chinese company. Take my advice and avoid this site at all costs.

We are sorry to hear that you've had this experience. I have searched through your name and I could see a cancellation request for your order 62248 already placed and Your order was not even month Old but a week old. Placed on August 24th, Order Processing was stopped due to the cancellation requested by you on August 27th. I have now escalated this issue to the Anycubic Seller. We will let you know once the refund has been completed.

UPDATE : Anycubic responded to your mail an hour back that they were not able to issue refund or close the case due to the PayPal dispute their account had been limited . Either we or Anycubic haven’t mentioned about refund sent already. We did ask them about the refund status and they pointed out the dispute status limitation to both of us. I would request you to close the case in order to make them to process refund as soon as possible else PayPal will take their dispute time and process the refund.

We are encouraged to do the speedy resolution for the problems araised between seller and customer. It is out of our hands if you go to take the other route such as PayPal dispute especially in the situation of seller account is limited.

UPDATE 06/09/18- They have resolved their account limitation. Full amount has been reversed/refunded back to your PayPal account successfully.

Exactly as promised. Unfortunately main switch is broken, but it’s not their issue. It’s Anycunics quality control.

Setup was quick and I was printing in no time..

Setup was quick and I was printing in no time. So far I am pretty happy with it. In four months, the printer has been print 1150 hours, with a longest print of 102 hours straight without issues. Am actually thinking about getting a second one. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase at 3dprintersbay

The Package was peferct guarded of the…

The Package was peferct guarded of the espuma. The Printer get fast to build but should take your time for the Build, to do it correct. After the first Calibration i printed without Problems. I really like the filament change feature! Creality livered with the Ender 3 an awesome Printer for this Price. I think i oder a second one, at 3dprintersbay. Perfect service to an unbeatable Price.

Customer Support depends of vendor

After all ended well, a quick resume.
3DPrintersbay does not sell directly the printers. Is a platform for vendors.
When you open a ticket, you talk directly with the vendor, not 3DPrinterbay.
3DPrintersbay offer great support and advice thru this platform.

Purchased a printer on 27th of July.
Received a tracking number on 30th July.
But days after, on 2th of August, contacted customer support because the tracking still showed “does not exists” when checked, thinking, that there will be some mistake.

CS time response was superb the first time, but answering things I already know, and giving wrong info (wrong local shipping partner phone and url).

I posted my response pointing out that the local shipping partner does not recognized the tracking number supplied when contacted by phone. After that, no more contact from CS.

9 days after my purchase still does not know when or if I will receipt my printer.

Due to lack of response on sellers behalf, I had no choice but open a Paypal dispute as instructed.

Vendor offer this response:
“After confirmed with our EU Warehouse about this issue, They asked us to wait for 2 to 3 days for data reflection. Surely this is the right tracking number. It will update and show movements as per the wait time(cooling period) mentioned today by them. It was an issue with shipping carrier portal”
If you ask me, they ship (if shipped) today.

I bought this 3d printer a few weeks ago and so far I'm really happy with how well this 3d printer can produce. I'm happy with the service, delivery and the 3d printer itself so I would recommend buy one from here.

This is my second 3D printer

This is my second 3D printer. The features of this printer are great for the price. Many small printers do not have a heated bed which limits the materials that can be used. The small size and heated bed and the price were what led me to choose the Ender 2. At only $175, the risk was pretty low. It was very easy to assemble and I chose to add a separate part cooling fan while assembling. Most of the parts I create fit this 150mm x 150 mm build platform so it is an ideal addition to my small but growing collection. I have printed PLA, ABS and PETG so far, all with good results. I will probably purchase a second Ender 2 and set it up with a smaller nozzle for finer detail parts. 3D Printers Bay provided the best price/shipping cost that I could find and the delivery time was about 1 week. My only complaint was the lack of firmware source code available from Creality. This does not reflect negatively on 3D Printers Bay as it is not under their control. Eventually firmware has been released by Creality over the time.

anycubic kossel upgraded pulley version

I got the anycubic kossel upgraded pulley version and it came in in a week which was amazing. It came greatly packaged and it wasnt super hard to put together. It has gave me great prints with alittle tuning in but I will be using this a lot for the years to come.

This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam!!!
I have had nothing but problems getting in touch with this company. They sent me a dead on arrival printer. I created a support ticket and called them well over 50 times across several days. I did not receive an answer on the phone or a response email. I created a review with my facebook login and it was flagged for being posted anonymously. They also wrote me an email asking me to remove it in order to get service. I told them I would remove it once it is fixed. They said this:
"It becomes routine happening for us for seller fault
This time we don’t want to be like that
I can help you get the needed parts. I was told now not to proceed as the comment on trustpilot pretty harsh

They since have said they would back it now that I called them out on it, but I trust this about as far as I can throw the dead 3d printer I purchased, which is not very far. I did some digging around online and there are several circumstances similar to mine across several websites. The company always seems to have an excuse for this. If I were you I would go elsewhere with my business. I will update this post if I get my printer fixed or if my bank refunds the money, whichever happens first as these items are too expensive to deal with any kind of issue like this.

Sorry to hear such experience. There is a response time of 1 - 2 business days notified in an automated rely mail for every incident logged at support portal. I saw your incident has been logged at Friday July 27th close of business(COB) which is effectively followed by weekend(non-working days ). Whilst support team investigating your issue(much earlier than the mentioned response time above), you have been calling in order to get the status as soon as Monday business hour starts(20 calls(IVR issues stated upfront in contact page ), 8 mails through different forms) and finally review at here

Your issue has already been taken care irrespective of the review logged here. We would really appreciate your review here if the support staff(Seller) didn’t respond to your case(ticket) after the set response time of 1 - 2 business days (after Aug 1st). the ultimate reason for asking to delete the review is due to the multiple reviews left without furnishing any details as per TP Policy

Since your issue has already been taken care by the support team, They took your case as soon as they get back to work and shipped a replacement part which was already notified in the incident portal on July 31st. I hope this clears

Update #2: We tracked the replacement part and it says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment, We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." Escalated this status to the Merchant and they responded that Parcel has been shipped and source post is collected and ready to dispatch it which will be updated in carrier site soon.
