all the sevice is good, the model is good, I did buy a Norden 901 model, the only down side are the shaders, are very very simple, not texturing at all, no realistic work, just similar colors that's all. If it wasn't for that, I think this would be 5 stars.

Well they picked on the wrong person this time, as I have 3D scan data of the actual cars they are selling data for.
Bought 3 models purely for visual use, but they are so wrong as to be unusable.
On asking for a refund they asked me to send over my 3D scan data so they could correct their model! They also said there car models are made "by photos and dimensions from public sources" and "size differences are +/-1%". Luckily enough for me I compared their files for a Lancia Aurelia, Aston Martin DB5 and Lamborghini Miura against scans of real cars. I wish I could post the pictures as the differences are so bad as to be comical.
What is not comedy is after two days trying and numerous emails I have had to resort to contacting my card issuer for a refund as Dimi, who according to LinkedIn is the CEO, has not done anything useful.
I feel sorry for anyone, that as per his email to me, wants to "make replica", as my experience is you are going to be bang out of luck getting the correct shape and anything to fit.

Needed this to assist in my R&D work. Helps to design better when you can see what you are designing over. A decent alternative to scan data when you require to just analyse the vehicle in three-dimensional space and don't require fixings and b-surface data. Obviously not a replacement to scan data, but works for what I need.

Bought two models with the same price tag. One was great, another unfortunately not. Hum3D needs to have a better quality control.

I peviously bought a model from them - and it was OK. Today I bought another ($450) which turned out to be full of errors.
The web site says they will refund in such circumstances - but they are refusing. They say I can only expect details visible in the thumbnail peviews to even be present in the model. Anything else (like a missing chassis / frame) is not an error.

I feel really cheated & scammed by this. You take a bit of a gamble when you pay for a cad model unseen, but with a returns policy, that should not be a problem. Unfortunately, as others have indicated, this is a scam site.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - there are plenty of better render / model sites on line.

Great 3D models. Affordable prices. Many format extensions and easy download.
Worth money. Worth five stars.

I have bought many 3d model vehicles from Hum3d and they have all been very clean, high quality and well organized, very easy to incorporate into my 3d scenes.

I recently ordered from Hum3d for the first time. I made a mess of my order and accidentally ordered twice - in addition my emails were down and I did not realise, so I did not receive any correspondence. Following this I came onto here and read some of the bad reviews about poor customer service, no refunds etc.

I thought I needed to report back that support promptly refunded one of my orders and re-delivered the email containing my download links.

Would not hesitate to use again.

WORST customer service ever seen.

We have purchased a quite expensive model from them and paid extra for the having it reduced to low poly (60k) and UV-Mapped: they said it would have taken 2-4 business days, but it's more than 2 weeks (10 business days) and the files has not been delivered yet.

Not only this, but when we asked what was going on, there was no apologies, no shame and not even the acknowledgment that it was an issue, just told us the files will be ready soon (and still didn't receive it).

WORST customer service ever experienced...

Avoid like the plague. Rip off merchants. Hum 3D are currently selling a model that is my IP without my permission. Over 6 weeks of emailing them about this, they haven't replied in any way. They appear to be a scam, and don't give a damn about artists.

We ordered an .igs CAD model of a car.
This model is complete useless!!
There are a lot of faces which are spanned over several parts.
“Flat” faces like window or mirror are separated into small pieces.
A lot of faces are bended > 60 deg but do not have edges.
Most features edges are lost due to their "virtual topology".
This conversion was done by a (stupid) software and not by a human!
Although Hum3D offers a money back guarantee, they are not willing to refund.
Hum3d, never ever again!!

I was going through google to find a sony camera and i found one on they’re website and before i could read the rest of the items name i bought it and tried to exit the website but it still purchased anyway and didn’t let me cancel it so now im lost if im getting a refund

I wanted an .stl file of one of their models, so that I could get it 3D printed. Not having paid to have this kind of file created before, I thought it was a tad pricey, BUT they were super helpful, making several additional adjustments and changes with no incremental increase. Very pleased overall. Very good value
