Fantastic service, wonderful product, fast shipping!

The product is amazing! Fast shipping and wonderful customer service. When the print on one of the items came out flawed, they sent a free replacement within the week! Amazing company and I will definitely be buying again.

Very poor experience....

The image I submitted of my mother wasn't crystal clear and I was unhappy with the adjustments the company decided to make
to it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the finished product after receiving it in
the mail and suggested the company provide customers the opportunity to view the finished crystal BEFORE shipping it so that any issues can be addressed up front. The company offered me a 2nd crystal at a discounted price however they were unable to create the crystal to my specifications even after providing them many details and images to use as a reference. In the end I had to cancel the order for the 2nd crystal and I'm left with the original that looks nothing like my mother nor the image I submitted to them and I'm out of $160. On a more positive note, I would like to rate the CS agent I communicated with via email, Bruna Tapia with 5 stars. The agent was very professional, empathetic and courteous when attempting to address my concerns.

A bit disappointed...UPDATE: Satisfied customer!

From what I saw of the preview it showed that the picture would be made from the border of the crystal and what I received it started off in the middle so it appears cut off and awkward than what I was shown.

UPDATE: Changed my update from 3 stars to 4. Reached out to customer service and spoke with Bruna. Was told my order would be redone and shipped on time and received by Friday (guaranteed 2day shipping) for my mother's birthday who is a brand new grandmother. Unfortunately UPS did not deliver in time but I was reimbursed a partial refund and coupon code for any future orders I place. I appreciate it!

Very satisfied customer

I’ve purchased several heart shaped 3D Laser gifts. They were given as gifts. Every recipient has been extremely happy with it and is a wonderful keepsake.
I highly recommend getting the light base to go along with it.

Would highly recommend

The piece turned out beautifully and it was shipped out when it was said to. Setting up the design was also very easy to do some other sites are very confusing. Will use you all again if we need another piece done.

I appreciate you giving it another go... good try... but no.

I appreciate you giving it another go. But the second version was only a small improvement over the first. Honestly, if I had been able to speak with one of your artistic representatives and they had told me that the requests I made (other than making the image more pronounced... which in the second version it is a bit), I would have had you not bother to make the second version. We could have both saved time. And, yes, I would have asked for some level of reimbursement. You get two stars for making an effort, not for the completed project. I won't be using your services again, but I do appreciate that your customer service representative made a valiant effort to get things corrected.

The picture was really off center

The picture was really off center to the point that the picture only filled maybe half of the space and the rest of the space was just empty. Not sure I'll even use it honestly with how badly it turned out. Not at all how I expected it to turn out.
