Chris, the After-Sales Manager has been a delight to work and communicate with. He has been very helpful in providing us with all the information needed to operate, clean and maintain our 3D printer. He makes the customer's journey hassle-free and smooth-flowing.

We got introduced to Jack Davies (Trainer) through Chris who is equally informative, friendly and professional. Jack took the time to come to our site and spent a half day training our team and answering some technical questions. He used simple words to ensure everyone understood him and provided us with product information to better optimise the printers. He was very helpful.

I contacted a number of companies to get some support with an issue with our 3D printer and 3DGBIRE stood out; they seemed interested in helping, supporting us with ideas to solve the issue. Their technical understanding was great and, in the end, I decided to get them to service and repair the machine. They are great at communicating, asking questions, helping out. The problem was finally found, repaired and they worked with me to help get the machine back in time for the start of term. Excellent technical team!

I was looking at replicating some plastic screw covers for use on my yacht as these are no longer available.
My first attempt left the curvature with very distinct filament tracks and I wanted a smoother finish.
So I spoke with Aftersales at 3DGBRE this morning on how to improve curved prints.
We looked at some scenarios of Group vs Layer settings ands settled on layer settings.
This final produce looks almost as if it were injection moulded.

The staff at 3dgbride provided practical guidance and advice to resolve the issues, in particular Gordon who showed me the latest developments in 3D printing and Ffen who talked me through all aspects of my printer and how I could make best use of the features it offers
Acting on Gordon and Ffen’s advice printing with ABS is no longer an issue.
This is a company which is clearly at the front edge of this technology and focused on customer satisfaction, both to the individual and to large manufacturing companies.
This in my view is what all companies should strive to achieve

Communication both phone call and email was first class, the return of our 3D printer that was repaired under warranty and returned in a few of days. Great Job Ffen Parry and Jack Davies.

I do find all the staff i have dealt with from this company to be very helpful and very knowledgeable, when i have a problem with either the ultimaker s5 or raise 3d pro 3, i know i can call them and straight away they will help me with the problem i have, so if anyone has a technical problem, I would highly recommend speaking to either patrick, ffen, Jessica and eli in tech support

As a hobby user of a professional 3D printer I have been pleasantly surprised how I have been treated.
I have had issues with my Raise3D E2 during its warranty period which have been handled professionally, quickly and courteously. Last year by Jessica Perry when I had a cable fault to trace, a replacement cable and levelling sensor were sent quickly, thanks Jessica.
This year intermittant issues with the WiFi module, resulting in several communications with Ffen Parry, resulting in WiFi module and later Controller parts being sent quickly a few days ago. Thanks Ffen.
Very impressed at how a one machine hobby user can be treated by an industry serving company.

I am very new to 3d printing and have been assisted by Chris, Ffen and Patrick on several occasions fault finding, help with software and buying the right parts and consumables, they all have been very professional, friendly and helpful, without a doubt a genuine 5 Star review from me, good customer service is in short supply these days but this team are great!!
