Everything is fine

Everything is fine, the figure is of quality. Just one suggestion, it would be good if the figures were separated, and also the base. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Fast and easy.

3DExport has been nothing but great. The website is fast unlike other 3d websites. The design of the site is very compelling and is very eazy to understand. Finding 3d models are easy and fast. Communicating with the sellers are convenient too. No need to struggle looking for what you need to do on the site. Payments are well integrated to the system too.

3DExport is very user friendly

I bought a file that i had some issue with, i open support ticket, provide info, request refund and 3DExport respond very quickly and had helped me. It`s realy nice when they not only care about money, but care about user experience

Great Support Resolved My Issue Quickly

I initially had an issue with a 3D model I purchased However, I reached out to support, and they quickly fixed the model and sent me the corrected version.

I’m impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the problem. Now the model works perfectly for my project. Great customer service and a positive outcome!

Works good in USA. Need Arabic translation

The Lancet is good drone. Fly well and works how it should. Transaction was easy. Works with 3D printers in USA e.g. Elegoo and printbot but we would be very glad for Arabic or Pashto translations. Next time maybe we test the Lancet in action or choose a other model
