TRUST is a big thing with any device put into a shop for repairs. My niece recently had her iPhone repaired for a damaged screen. After paying for the repairs and collection. It was when she was home she went to sign into her Kiwibank account, the account was locked - due to too many login attempts. Resulting in her contacting the bank to reset her login. It was there she had asked was there any attempts made, they were happy to give her dates + times, during the repair period!! Some areas of personal information being breached here, the repairer breaching a code of conduct!!!! I would hope NOT. As a WARNING to those who are looking to have their devices serviced ask what they do and how!!!!

I visited manukau store on Saturday all the way from northshore, I found the staffs very helpful, Ashna served me and helped to buy a wonderful MacBook for my Uni kid. My kids was very happy

I visited the Manukau store to get 2 laptops for my kids for school. The staff member at the counter was helpful and asked for the minimum specs the school required for the devices. He recommended 2 laptops that fit within the minimum specs and told me he had to do a quality check on them first before I took them home.
A second staff member was to print me an invoice but she was watching a show on her phone in plain site of me. She asked for my details and asked me to repeat myself several time most likely due to the volume of her phone.
When I was told the laptops were ready I was greeted at the counter with both laptops stacked on top of each other in a box, the lid to the box could not be closed due to the size of both laptops. The 2 chargers were unravelled and hanging out of the box also.
The staff member headed straight out to the back and the other one went back to watching her show.
There was a giant roll of bubble wrap behind both staff members and other boxes near by. It was not like I wanted them gift wrapped but just to be adequately prepared to transport home.

Great quality for a very reasonable price.

They shipped my order to someone else in the South Island, I live in the north, then told me that a replacement would be posted with overnight shipping ASAP. It’s been a week already and I’m still waiting for the replacement?? Hugely disappointed!!

Ordered something that was supposedly not in stock but hadnt been removed from website. Had to pay extra for an upgrade and its been 2 weeks when i had been told overnight postage etc. Not very happy

My daughter is very happy with her laptop as she only got one more year of school.
It works well runs well A-grade I though would have had the all little sticky pads on as it’s only got 1 and not so many scratches but it’s just cosmetic the number doesn’t bother us just thought I would note that.

Not a tech person, did not realise it wasn’t new. Weird cord came with it, but was able to get hdmi cord cheep. Having said that, came well packaged, nothing broken and works perfectly.

I put a Linux operating system on one with a little bit of help from uncle Google and seems to be running fine , better than the chrombook os witch is a little out dated n slow but over all kids enjoy them and keeps them busy and off my phone you. Can't go wrong for $100 . Don't listen to Karen ⬆️
