I have been in contact with 365 Invest now for a couple of months. Ryan has been excellent and very patient in answering all questions and responding very promptly. He was not at all pushy and gave me plenty of time to research and make my decisions.
Ryan has been and still is at the end of the telephone should i need anything. This has been very reassuring throughout my journey into property investment.

It was back in August ‘25 when I was first in contact with Ryan at 365 and at the time I had loads of questions about investing in an assisted living property. Ryan was extremely patient and so so helpful, he talked me through everything and no matter how many questions I asked it was never too much trouble for him.
My husband and I were totally new to property investment and after the passing of my wonderful mum I decided to take the leap. As I have said Ryan was there very step of the way and we eventually completed on a property in January ‘26. Could have been much sooner but we weren’t in a position to proceed at the outset.
Today we have just completed on a second property and it took all of 6 days from start to finish so once again we are very grateful. We have received our first payment and looking forward to the future now as we are in safe hands.
365 is a small family-run business and I have to say I was made to feel like part of the family, which is fabulous.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience with 365 Invest so far. I've been working with Paul who is always incredibly professional, gives me prompt responses to any question and never applies any pressure on decisions. I've reserved a unit and exchanged and am expecting to complete during Q2 this year and currently have had no issues. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Paul and I look forward to purchasing further properties with him and 365 in the future.
