I purchased an Ice Bear SHDW from 360 Power Sports as an out-of-state buyer. While I am excited about the scooter itself, the buying process was stressful, disorganized, and disappointing.

My layaway was only for about two weeks, but the process was still inconvenient. Their layaway system is not smoothly integrated into the online ordering platform, so I had to call to set it up, wait for callbacks, and call again whenever I wanted to make a payment. I eventually paid the balance early just to end the phone tag and move the order forward.

The biggest issue was the shipping address. Because the order was handled over the phone, my address was entered incorrectly. I gave the salesman, my correct address three different times and specifically asked him to confirm it. Each time, I was told it was correct, but it was not. I contacted 360 Power Sports before the scooter shipped to fix the issue, but the address information still does not appear to be correct. For a nearly $3,000 fully assembled scooter being shipped by freight, that is a serious problem.

I also asked the salesman to send me a corrected invoice showing the updated address so I could verify it myself, but he never sent it. At this point, I am simply hoping I receive the scooter without delivery problems.

To their credit, 360 Power Sports did explain that fully assembled scooters ship on a reinforced pallet through TForce Freight, with lift-gate service, heavy-duty straps, and foam blocks to help protect the bodywork. That information helped, but it should be clearly stated on their website before purchase.

My recommendations to 360 Power Sports are simple: integrate layaway into the online ordering platform, allow customers to enter their own shipping address, allow online layaway payments, clearly explain how fully assembled scooters are shipped, and confirm corrected shipping addresses in writing before freight shipments are released.

If you live near the dealership, your chances of satisfaction may be higher because you can handle problems in person. But for out-of-state buyers, I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend 360 Power Sports, especially for remote buyers.

Dealt with an agent called Alex who was very helpful in making sure I got the bike I wanted. They even sent me photos of a display model from every angle I needed. Can't wait for the bike itself to show up. 😁

The customer service is great and my son loves their bikes! Definitely recommend to anyone!

They have a title department that is not very good. Trying to get paperwork to register the vehicle for almost 3 weeks now and it has not worked out. The financing company called on my behalf and was told that they could answer my questions better than 360powersports could, because they are not sure what is needed. I would highly recommend that people try other companies to buy from.

Bought my son a Trailmaster TM23 from 360 Powersports. They matched price from another vendor which was awesome. Bought on Friday and it shipped in Monday. Great communication. Sons gonna have a blast!!

Just made my first purchase! Haven’t received item yet but the pricing was excellent and customer service was friendly. Hopefully all goes well with the shipping and no damage occurs and nothing is missing, but so far very nice company. Will update more once deliveries made.

The website was pretty clear and straight forward to use. Also pricing was fair. I’m still waiting on shipment to give a little more feed back on the product.

2nd bike purchase here. Very fast shipping. When there was a problem very fast response and corrected immediately.

Angelica was great, very knowledgeable, precise, and was great on getting back with me when had questions. They sent me all the emails with receipts and info's that I needed with good directions or process.

Purchase was very easy. Prices are the best in the game without a doubt. The better business bureau accreditation is a huge plus, since it’s so easy to be scammed online.

I've ordered two mopeds built by there professionals and they both came in perfect working order 👌 looks and mechanically I was very pleased ive gotten lots of compliments and look to buy from them alot more in the future the first moped I put almost a 1300 miles before selling to get a better one but I never had any issues with the bikes so far
