360 CCTV.
Paul Turner visiting service engineer came to offer support on "getting to know "the Hik-Vision system installed. We had been disappointed with the company who originally sold the CCTV system to us based on their tutorial ability, Paul was patient and gave clear instructions, we did originally have a number of glitches with mobile phone interrogation of
system. Paul was friendly and precise in the advice he gave, and should we need an upgrade in the future we would certainly call 360 CCTV!

Had to cancel first appointment with Paul he said no problem at all.
Sorted a new date and Paul arrived right on time.
He fully explained the system and recommended best place to put the camera to fulfil our needs.
He got on with the job, no mess no fuss.
When job finished Paul talked me through how things work fully explaining the system
Well done Paul ,so friendly, polite and helpful.
Will recommend him anytime to anyone.

Excellent service, very professional, Paul helped us sort out the package we needed and even advised against a more expensive package as we didn't need that one, others may have just sold us it, cameras are great with the colour and clear pictures at night. Would highly recommend 360CCTV

paul came and checked settings on my dvr for me and installed the hikvision app on my mobile. he didnt leave until everything was working properly. very good service and will use again and recomend 360 cctv

Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Mums CCTV feed not working. Came out, fixed the problem - loose connection. 10 minute job. As she is a pensioner he didn't charge. Excellent service, and customer care. Thank you Paul!
