After many years of being a customer, I cancelled my service. Months later, my credit card was charged for an annual renewal. I emailed support multiple times with no reply. I finally had to report it to my credit card company who investigated and credited my account. I see others report the same issue. So, I do NOT recommend 33mail.
Once you subscribe, there is no option to revert to a free version. I tried to "switch" to a free version, but my subscription still gets charged. I have also written multiple times to support without receiving a single answer.
Not recommended! SCAMMERS! After choosing a plan they do not allow you to cancel it, they do not reply to emails, they charge you money every month, although I want to cancel the plan, but it is impossible to do on their website. No money back! --------------------------
