Scam, went on the website, registered an account, deposited £10, as soon as it left my bank currently can't access website and saying restricted? Clearly a scam, will be contacting my bank to do a charge back

AFTER MONTH OF SENDING EMAILS BECAUSE I COULDNT BET BECAUSE OF SOME INVESTIGATION( didnt get explanation) and after for 100. time, I contacted via chat i get to withdrawl less than half money because of some “wagering requrement” .

their bonus policy is a complete scam, your deposits merge with bonus and you have only 2 options, complete the wagering requirements (impossible, it's 35x both deposit and bonus) or lose all the money. If you try to withdraw you have to cancel the bonus and everything will be cancelled.
Second, it seems that they can do whatever they want with your real funds and confiscate your real money funds because they state that you violated their terms (God knows which terms), so I had 3200 euros and now I have 50. This should be both scam and robbery in my opinion, How can be that you are still operating? Unbelievable

Verified ID, address and proof of payment successfully. Attempted to withdraw and was told to provide proof of IBAN. Done this successfully and then told to provide a video selfie with my ID and a piece of paper with the date on it and their site name. Haven’t heard back.
