Poor customer service
I bought a shirt of the wrong size and trued to return it. Not only did they not give a replacement but also did not give back the original shirt I sent back. I also did not receive a refund so now I have spent money without getting anything in return. I encountered very poor customer service as the replied to concerns very late and the issue has still not been resolved.
