order sent not as ordered
I order some 4mm extra strong black paracord x 1 (3m/3core) and some 3m 2mm paracord black x 2.
The order arrived with only the length of 2mm paracord. I have emailed Little Bees on two occassions to ask them to rectify the situation, but my e-mails have gone unanswered. I am still withouth the length of 4mm paracord.

Beautifully packed and delivered…
Beautifully packed and delivered promptly. Lovely product. When I ordered you gave me a choice of delivery agents. I chose Royal Mail, but you sent my parcel EVRI. When RM can’t deliver a parcel they keep it for you till you can pick it up. EVRI hide it for you to find. I didn’t know that, so I thought someone had taken it! But I know now so all ok.

Not just stringing you along
Found what I needed online, ordering was simple. Item despatched promptly and was as described. Cord was neatly wound onto a spool and not delivered loose like some companies. Does the job I bought it for perfectly.

Sorry for not replying earlier
Sorry for not replying earlier. I received the order and was very pleased with the items. I thought they were of very nice quality. I haven’t used any of them yet as it’s something I’ve never done before. My main hobby is beadwork as in jewellery using small beads. I thought it would be nice to be able to use some leather and experiment with some reasonable sized beads. I’m very happy with the ones I purchased from you.
