Wonderful stay, would recommend

The caravan was beautiful. Very clean and tidy. Great central location in Hunstanton for lots of fun in the sun. A great family weekend away with our newest addition 10 week old baby boy. Would highly recommend and will look to book again when we plan to visit next.

We love 2C holidays. The customer service is excellent and the accommodation they have and the locations are amazing. Prices are very reasonable! We are looking forward to many more holidays with 2C! Highly recommend

We have been using 2cHolidays for years. It’s our ‘go to’ for most of our stays on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. A lovely selection of properties available at a very affordable price. They are so accommodating and helpful if there are any issues need resolving,

We stayed in a lodge on manor park, the lodge was spotless we were very impressed when we walked in,
very spacious, only down side was one broken chair on the decking, also the gulls nesting on the roofs, something should be done to stop them nesting, otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would book with
2c,holidays again.

Communication is brilliant from emails to text messages with all the details you need on it even an enjoy your stay. The caravan was as described and then some. Enjoyed it that much we've already booked for next year.

2cHolidays are fantastic! We have enjoyed around 8 stays now in caravans around Norfolk and Suffolk. They are always very easy to book and are perfect no hassle holidays. All of the caravans we have stayed in have been very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of sites to chose from, but we prefer the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. Many caravans are dog friendly which is perfect for us with our little dog. Some sites offer free wifi which is an added bonus. We usually pick the quieter sites where we have enjoyed many relaxing and trouble free breaks. Also, an added bonus is that when you reach 10 stays, you get a free 3 or 4 night break at one of the sites. We cannot fault 2cHolidays for their efficiency or value for money and will be booking our local holidays with them for many years.

Terrible. All cutlery and crockery had to be washed before use as was dirty and covered in dust. Everything in the caravan was squeezed in, no room to move. Would not recommend or use again

Always book through 2cHolidays. It's quick and easy to book and we haven't been let down on any of the caravans we book. Highly recommend

My wife and I have booked with 2cholidays on several occasions and found the booking process extremely easy,once booking is completed online,within minutes all the confirmation details arrive in your inbox with clear and concise information for your stay.on a couple of occasions we have had to talk directly to 2cholidays and found the staff friendly and courteous.
Only one point I would like to raise is the cleaning company 2cholidays use,they should carry out spot checks on their cleaners work as it can sometimes fall below my wife’s strict cleaning expectations,to be fair 2cholidays they do encourage calling them if you aren’t happy with the cleaning when you arrive.

The situation of the caravan at Barmston Beach was brilliant with sea view. but we have never ever stayed in self catering accommodation where we have had to take all our own Bedding, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towels and bin liners I find this absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness of the caravan was also dubious areas in the living room had not been hoovered and there was hair in the plug hole of the bath the caravan was very dated and not really up kept very well the decking was scary when you walked on it it was like it would collapse under you Not really worth the money we paid apart from the magnificent sea view it nothing else really going for it

Well we haven't had the van long and both Alex and Chris have been so helpful, guiding us through everything. Also a lady called Emma, everyone we have spoken to have helped, advised very professional and nothing is too much trouble.

This has been one of the least transparent booking experiences I have ever had.

The booking looks straightforward until you pay. Then, one by one, important conditions start appearing.

First, I was contacted after payment and asked for an additional pet fee. The listing only says “charges may apply” but doesn’t tell you the actual amount. I only discovered later that the exact fee was buried within the host profile rather than clearly displayed on the property listing.

Then I discovered that bed linen and towels are not included. Again, this information was not clearly displayed in the main property description or facilities section. Instead, it was hidden away in the host profile. The property photos show fully made beds, creating the impression that bedding is provided.

Finally, shortly before arrival, I received a list of items guests are expected to bring themselves, including bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and even spare bin bags

Whenever concerns were raised, responsibility seemed to be shifted elsewhere - Booking.com, the platform layout, cleaning contractors or third parties - rather than simply acknowledging that the customer experience could be much more transparent

The lack of transparency throughout the booking process left me with so little confidence that I ultimately chose to forfeit the money I had already paid for the booking rather than risk spending my weekend worrying about what other surprises might appear after arrival.

That should say everything about how this experience made me feel as a customer.

If you’re considering booking through 2cHolidays - don’t

Transparency should come before payment, not after it - I feel scammed

I have used 2cholidays a few times now and they have always been great. I needed to amend my booking this time and the process was easy and fast. The caravan was exactly as described, the WiFi was excellent and exactly what I needed. I loved that I could bring my dog too.

Absolutely love 2C holidays and travel to the coast 2-3 times a year, caravans are always spotless and the images on the website are a true reflection of the caravan you’ve booked. There’s plenty of choice ranging from really cheap to more expensive and there’s always a discount of 15% or 30%. Came home 2 weeks ago and getting ready to book our next one!

Fantastic holiday company with a great range of caravans on a choice of parks. Their customer service is second to none and I'd highly recommend using them.

The caravan was basic but adequate. It was only a short walk to the beach, which was great. We had a lovely time. Thanks.

Not actually had our holiday yet, but want to give a shout out to Ruby in customer service. I stupidly booked the wrong dates and she has fixed it for us! Thank you Ruby, great service
