Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience, can easily win Worst Customer Service Experience Award. Never buy from them again
Bought a pair of Celine boots but they are hurting my leg after the 1st wear (10min, had to go back home after 10 min, in pain & in tears). I complained the first time, they reviewed the complaint —> my fault, neither 24S nor Celine would accept responsibility
Complained again. they said they would review again the case, more than one month later (very ‘fast’ answers) —> again my fault…. I need to ‘break the boots in’
Considering I spent almost 1000 euros, my leg is bleeding, I can not use the boots —> we can call this an ‘extraordinary’ experience
All brands have insurance policies for these kind of situations and yet they choose to not use these and let the consumer take the fall.
Never buying from them again, and all customers please be careful as customer service is slow and completely not customer orientated.

Bad experience with this online store.
This case made me realise that luxury price does not guarantee luxury quality or customer protection.
After one year of light use, my Dolce & Gabbana sneakers purchased from 24S showed significant damage. Despite detailed photos and explanations, both the retailer and the brand refused responsibility.
A disappointing experience for a product positioned as premium.
24S didn't even offer me a solution to this issue; they simply closed the matter. As a customer, I'm disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I won't be ordering anything else.
