Delivery is taking a very long time. I placed an order thee weeks ago and have not recieved any updates or package so far.

Product finally arrived
Product finally arrived. Well packed.
One star less, because it wasn’t clear from the site that the helmet I ordered (xxl trial helmet) wasn’t in stock, and had to be specially ordered by MX.
It took almost a month to be delivered, and it took more than a week to beinformed thát it had to be specially ordered.

I bought a tent from 24MX and the tent itself is excellent. The quality is great, and I definitely think it's worth the €140,99 I paid.
However, I was disappointed by the pricing strategy. When I first looked at the tent, it was €129. By the time I placed my order, the price had increased to €144. Right after I ordered, it dropped back to €129, and a few days later I even received a promotion offering it for €99.
While I'm happy with the product, these frequent price changes left me feeling like I overpaid unnecessarily. It takes away from an otherwise positive shopping experience.
Great product, but the pricing tactics could be much more transparent and customer-friendly.

No correspondece what so ever about…
No correspondece what so ever about delivery status. Even though i tried to reach out by mail.
Placed an order on 11-6-2026 that should be delivered between 17-6 and 22-6. Want to use it at an event on 29-6, had to order elsewere to make sure I had something for cover. Mailed the customer support about a week ago, but nothing bout silence from 24mx side.
Dissapointing.
