Late response to out of stock product
It said i had to wait about 2 weeks for my order. 2 weeks later I get an email saying 1 of the items isnt in stock and in need to choose a different item. Now 3 weeks later i still have nothing

Damaged goods original
Original order was received damaged. Agreed on sending parts to fix it myself but again de parts came damaged.
Could spent more time on packaging or better transportation.

Bad review (deliberately?) not published
I posted a review for a motorcycle stand a month ago. I was (and am) very dissatisfied with this product. I have written extensively about my experiences and have given 1 star. This review has not been posted online. This worries me enormously, how many other reviews does 24mx choose not to post online?
Edit: I posted my product review with the product itself on the 24MX website. I checked again, my review still hasn't been published online. Search for the product "Motorstandaard met wielen Proworks Heavy Duty", filter by 1 stars. You won't see my review.

Worthless company
Worthless company. I bought a “never stop manual gasoline pump” for 50 bucks and opposite to its name…it stopped right after the second use…It was the single most expensive cheap plastic product I ever bought…so I emailed, with no reply, emailed again, no reply.
Wrote a nice and honest review, couple of days later got a message that they received the review and thanked me for that….but my 1 star review still isnt visible, ah so thats how they get good grades, just ignore the low numbers👌🏻
I was soooo surprised there wasnt a single review stating “i expected a little more quality” or such
