Order placed on October 16, 2025. Package stuck in Germany, and following a request from customer service, I provided a new delivery address within the EU. Since then, I have received no updates despite a follow-up on December 18, 2025.

I was unsure about ordering supplements from a country outside the US but the order and delivery was prompt. Excellent service and tracking is provided. Was delivered by USPS. I highly recommend d this company!
The price was as good as I could find, and after other sites refused to deliver to the USA because of the tariffs Medico did so promptly. It took 10 days from order to delivery, actually better than the other two companies I had been using. I will definitely use them in the future
It is difficult to get Ivermectin in many states of the USA. Prices are ridiculous, and we were thrilled to work with 24Medico and get a 2 year supply for a very favorable price. They were considerate of the tariff situation, and arranged a shipping method to minimize our costs. They communicated well, and the few days of delays to straighten out the shipping route and avoid tarrifs was well worth the extra time. We defiately recommend 24Medico!
I was skeptical ordering from this site but it was a very good experience. I received a notice each time that they did not receive a payment and my order was on hold but ignored it as it takes a day to receive the payment from the states. It takes a few weeks to get the order because it comes from India but the prices are worth the wait! Same product I have received from other sites at a much lower price. I would recommend this site to anyone and will continue to order myself without hesitation.
