They kept asking tax something that I did many times. They ware refusing to close my account according to their terms and conditions and sending me my investments. Basically they are just SCAMMERS. I had to filled a criminal report I filed a complaint, refused to allow them take my money, and had my money back in a matter of days with proffesional involvement which i employed. Avoid this awful platform! I was assisted with several other victims in recovering their money, I had given up all hope of ever having my money back. was recommended and they recovered my full investments of just over $260k legally, I'm filling another criminal report in all the countries I'm entitled to do so. I will not stop till everyone knows the truth. Save yourself before it's too LATE!!

bad experience in trading when i asked for withdrawal they give me 2 trades and washout my account..then asking for more redeposit..

I hv invested in this platform with a capital of 1000$ thinking of getting some good profits in return but the service was very poor no proper calls were given to gv trades n the bonus tht was promised was not added as well I lost my money scammers very poor service not worth platform kindly be aware !!!!

Worst Experience Ever with 24KMarkets

Let me tell you what really happened. 24KMarkets told me to deposit money and promised they would give me professional trading signals to earn profits. I trusted them and followed everything they said.

At first, they gave me signals that made me lose $4,500. When I told them, they said “Don’t worry, we’ll recover it.” But instead of helping, they just kept giving bad signals and I lost even more. Every time I asked for a withdrawal, they made up lame excuses and told me to deposit more money instead of returning what’s left.

Now, they don’t answer my calls or messages at all. They completely ignore me and keep promising things that never happen. I feel cheated and helpless.

Please, everyone — don’t trust 24KMarkets. They are not professionals; they are scammers who play with people’s emotions and hard-earned money. I wish I had never trusted them. They just make fake promises, give bad signals, and then disappear when you ask for your money back.

Be aware of these people guys…. These people are true masterminds and knows exactly how to make people put in more money… anyone know trades with just remember to use lot size according to equity. They tell you to open positions that gets stuck for days and when after days it starts to go back the other way you have no option but to hedge and after that they ask you to put in more money and keep putting in more.
I started my account with one thousands dollars and they manipulated me to put 2000 USD more. So my account didn’t get washed out and to protect my money I was doing as they said. Now my account was washed out and they didn’t even care to call me.

Stay away from this broker, It’s a 100% scam, not only that but they’re truly annoying as well, they just force you to keep topping up your balance without getting a single penny as returns! An absolute nightmare!!

To be very honest i have been trading from quite a sometime now but haj has been the most pathetic experience on this platform.
I started my trading on this account but unfortunately it turned out to be the worst experience i inccured losses after which i tried to. Contact the customer service several times but there hasn't been any response from the other end

My account has been blocked despite verifying my identity several times. I don't know what is wrong as i need someone to communicate with me since the support is no more replying me. I need to get my funds pls. Never had this issues with Templum High, I shouldn't have diversify in the first place.

RUN!!! it's a scam I got a call from one of theirs sales agents, at first I didn't pay attention to him but he kept on pestering me to make a Deposit, was calling me for months straight kept on telling me how good their services are and how they will provide me with a trader to help me with analysis so I thought why not give it a shot what could go wrong? So I made a 2000$ deposit lost 40% on the first day there account manager didn't even once mention to me to put a stop loss after that I completely lost faith then I tried to withdraw the rest of my money they kept on delaying me every time I ask to withdraw until this day I'm unable to withdraw I asked for the location for their office multiple times never received a reply. Don't make the same mistake I did before you invest make sure to check the trading licence.
