Antibiotic for a tooth infection was sent to the wrong pharmacy, one that I did not request. I paid for expedited prescription and after 24 hours and I’m still waiting to access the prescription since it’s a Sunday and the pharmacy they chose to send it to doesn’t open until Monday.

I was a little skeptical at first but…
I was a little skeptical at first but this is a life saver! I woke up on a Saturday morning with an abscessed tooth, no dentist in my area working on the weekend. I didn't have to go sit at an urgent care for hours. And the cost is lower than my copay on my insurance. A couple of hours later my medicine was ready to be picked up. I can't thank you enough!

Still waiting for my prescription to be…
Still waiting for my prescription to be approved . They advertise it takes 5 hours from the time of doctor looking at application to time prescription will be ready and it’s been 5 hours now and have not heard anything at all . Starting to feel like this is a scam online . I did get my prescription it just took a little longer than expected but very happy it happened . I do recommend calling if there is a delay and it will move forward quicker .

Your company came through at the worse time for me. My cracked tooth happened on the weekend when my dentist’s office was closed. Just the ease of the assessment and the quickness and ease of use of the website and speediness getting my prescription email. I love it! I didn’t even have to wait to talk to a doctor over video which made this process so convenient especially for those that are embarrassed, like many men to see a doctor when having an STD.

Thanks to you I was able to get the antibiotic I desperately needed for a tooth I knew was infected. My dentist had made me an appointment for 10 days later. On a Saturday I was able to get my prescription within 4 hours. The process was easy & I will use this again if needed.

28+hrs still no prescription
It has now been 28 hours and despite having been told my prescription was sent to the pharmacy three times, my pharmacy still does not have it. The customer service line is not answering my or the pharmacist's calls. I have a tooth infection and need these antibiotics. I would have spent my money at urgent care and had the issue resolved yesterday had I known what a nightmare customer experience this would be. I am in incredible pain and the level of inattention to this is infuriating given how serious tooth infections can quickly become.
