My fuse blew at midnight, the electrician was able to come in the middle of the night to replace the fuse.

Called at 8.15am to help sort a problem with riser recliner chair for a gentleman with mobility issues. The chair had basically stopped working and it's needed desperately by the owner. Morteza arrived within 25 mins and tracked the problem to the remote. Remote taken away and fixed and fitted back on. Lovely guy. Would highly recommend.

I discovered 24Emergency Electrician through Google Ads, which turned out to be a complete fraud. They lacked the necessary skills and equipment for the job and ended up causing more damage than they repaired. Which will require future correcting, Specifically, the initial electrician damaged the wires in the sockets during his work, which could have led to serious electrical issues.

The initial problem was with a single MCB switch tripping every so often, which was caused by a faulty socket in the loop ring circuit of my house. Initially, the electrician made a dangerous attempt at fixing the issue by cutting half of the ring circuit wires in several sockets. As it turns out, this did not solve the problem. Unfortunately, the electrician failed to identify the issue. After this, he started to leave and then demanded £900, despite not having made any actual repairs.

The professional electrician with the right equipment identified the root of the problem in 10 minutes. The second electrician also called out the dangerous attempted solution to the issue and asked the first electrician to fix the wires he cut, but he had damaged the wires in such a way that he had to extend those wires by making joints in the wires, which can cause major electrical issues in the future. However, they continued to charge me for the hours spent fixing the damage caused by the first electrician.

I recently hired one of the guys for some electrical work, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. He was not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly friendly and professional.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and why. The work was completed efficiently, with great attention to detail and safety. Found Alex Morteza's details on Nextdoor as urgently needed an electrician to fix a burnt out electrical switch. I was dubious about who I would get but Alex arrived on time, completed the job quickly, was reasonably priced and very polite and professional. He is also qualified to issue electrical safety certificates and we have already line him up to fit a new fuse box.
