The products themselves are great
The products themselves are great – I really like the bottles and accessories I ordered. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed after receiving an additional tax invoice where the extra charges were more than half of the original order value. This was not clearly communicated during checkout. Had I known this in advance, I would not have ordered directly.
Due to this lack of transparency, the overall experience was very frustrating, despite the good product quality.

Still functional as on the first day of use
I have been using 24 bottles for about 3 years now. This is my second order, and again all went smoothly, no complaints either delivery or the product. The bottles are light-light but still durable. After three years of constantly falling, the full of water, from a height of 1,5-1,7 meters, is still functional as on the first day of use.
