Fantastic

Love the products
Love the products anyways - specially the kids bottles.
When we had problems with the delivery last time, our bottles arrived partly broken, the CS sorted it out in a blink and sent a replacement delivery straight away.

The shipment was fast
The shipment was fast. I got my product earlier than I expected.
There was a small pain defect on the rim of the bottle. I contacted customer service and got refund quickly. Furthermore, they kept reminding me that the product could still be used and will perform well.

Perfect for it's purpose
Perfect size for my morning coffee. The sealing and lid work wonderfully. After a whole day the coffee is still the same temperature I packed it on the morning. (I drink it cold) The cup also keeps it fresh through the day.
All in all it delivers as expected.

Complex but successful replacement process for damaged product
I ordered four travel tumblers. One of them arrived with a damaged lid. The complaint process required several steps and some patience. In the end a cost-free replacement was sent by support.

Christmas gift
Sales girls in the shop have ben helpful and patient. I went for my child gift and at the end I bought also a special edition for me. We started to use the bottles and, for the moment, it seems everything as per expectation.

I really love their products
I really love their products, especially the travel tumbler. If it fits your car, it is a vastly superior coffee thermos which also doubles as a bowl for oats and alike, when on an business trip.
