Garry is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field, we recently used his services to replace the keys on our convertible as neither sets roof buttons were working, Garry replaced both sets and honoured his quote, there were no hidden extras and both keys work perfectly. We are also impressed how quickly we received the new keys! Thanks again Garry!
This guy supplied and programmed keyless entry systems for my 2008 Fiesta. Key supplied not working properly, it barely starts the car and won't even lock the car. when I questioned this, he told me they key was 100% ok, that it needed a software update from the main dealer (which he said it was free). He offered me one year warranty on the key, I believed him as he looked genuine and I paid him £170 for the job.
I took the car to Ford, I was told that no update required and that key this locksmith supplied is not the correct key. Eventually, Ford supplied and programmed correct keys which work fine and are different from the one supplied by this dodgy locksmith.
I contacted this dodgy locksmith for a refund and he refused. Buyer beware, don't fall victim of this guy.
