Enough means enough...

I have a huge problem with the service. I did book the 24 hours Day 2 test from the 24Hometesting. We did despatch it on Primary PostBox on Thursday and its still not ready. My Girlfriend had to go back to Austria with plane without to get the results of the test and we are not okay with the service provided. i did pay 75 GBP for the test with express delivery. 48 hours was 25 GBP... Unfortunately we bought the 24 hours one regarding she had to go home. Now she is at the Vienna Airport and we keep waiting for the test...

Uncontactable.

Ordered a day 2 and day 8 test package. Pretty quick delivery, arrived 5 days ago, but with only 1 testing kit in the package. Have been trying to contact them everyday since then, but no response. People are parting with a not insignificant amount of money for these tests. In a travel situation that is already stressful, this provider takes that money and then becomes uncontactable. It feels like an utter scam.

Terrible

Terrible. Paid for the express PCR day 2 and 8 test because the standard was unavailable. The test arrived on day 5 despite me paying £15 for a quicker delivery. I emailed to get a refund because the kit was taking too long to arrive but no one responded to my email.

Worried. How to contact these guys.

I booked my Day 2 and 8 test well in advance but havent got any tracking number yet. There is no help desk number on their site so not sure whom to contact. Dropped multiple mails to them but haven't got a response yet. This is really worrying and stressful.
Update: Got my kits after few follow ups with the company. Call their number given on NHS site but expect long waiting times 40-50 minutes. Hope the experience is smoother with the testing results. will keep posting.

So far So good

The negative reviews scared me! But unfortunately didn’t check before paying for the test. I had an issue that was resolved immediately by Emmanuel! Their customer care seems to have improved! Emmanuel addressed my concerns and solved the issue( booked with selecting a date) i had within 2hrs. I really hope that 24/7travel test continues to to do this to all its customers.

My real experience

I’ve booked 2 kits for day 2,5 and 8 on date 29 of August. I requested it to arrive at the date of my arrival 03/ of September I wasn’t really nervous about it since I haven’t read any reviews before but then it second day of isolation I realized there wasn’t any kits delivered I decided to read reviews and it made me feel uncomfortable most of the people had a bad experience with them I tried to contact them but there wasn’t any email or phone number. Found one but no one answered felt scammed. Now it’s my third day wanted to check but there was nothing literally spent the night overthinking cuz I paid nearly 500£. Decide to call the NHS but there was some problems so i went down the hotel to use their phone as soon as I reached there they told my that my kit arrived i was really happy at that time but was still worried about the results whether it’s going to be late or not. Took my 2 day pcr ( actually third day) and sent it in the post code. The next day before going to bed nearly 11 pm I received my results but my father results wasn’t received. Yesterday was my 5 day in the UK so i took the pcr for both me and my father and sent it. Today 9/ September in the morning I received my father’s day 2 results and i have just received my day 5 results few minutes ago. I hope there won’t be any problems at day 8 since i’m a student and i need to go out. I guess it was late at first because of the weekend. Both our results were negative🙏🏼❤️

Hi Fatma. Please don't let the bad experiences of a small amount of people put doubt in to your mind. Although your kits did arrive a day late, you received your results very quickly - your day 5 result was given 5 hours after laboratory receipt!

Side note: Because you and your father have both taken day 5 tests there is no need for you guys to quarantine any further.

No Kits, No Contact, No replies to email even after getting full payment.

Very bad experience indeed. Earning a bad name for the country you are operating in. Booked my "Day 2 test" , 02 days before my arrival. I didn't receive any kit, update, response upon my arrival or after a day of that. The Company's name is different and phone never connects. This put me in a horrible situation. Very very Bad !!

Very poor service!!

We traveled from an Amber country & needed two day 2, 5 & 8 Covid package at a cost of £189.99 each.
It arrived at our destination on time.
We sent off the test & used the glitchy app to see our results…all good!
Then it went horribly wrong with the day 8 results taking 4days to arrive & also meant we had to have a last minute rapid PCR test at the airport costing just short of £200 for 2 but still missed our return flights home.
It is extremely difficult to contact 247 home testing, no obvious telephone number & emails are hit & mostly missed!!
Would never use them again!!

Can’t get a hold on a single person

Don’t ever get testing from this company. My dad’s day 2 test result never arrived and they say that the samples never arrive even though they were sent in the same box as my mom’s day 2 test. Which she got her result on time. I tried calling them but not they try to hide their number, even after waiting for 2 hours i was stuck on, “please hold for your representative”. Never use this company ever again.

Nothing more than a click-bait
The website crashes in the morning when everyone is rushing to get their hands on a £20 test and even when you're lucky to place this unicorn in your basket, you can’t pay for it as it magically disappears just before the payment is accepted.
Their excuse is pathetic ‘we are a small company and something about managing stock’ How come you never run out of the expensive tests? You money driven pests!
I’m utterly disgusted with all the testing labs to be honest, all milking the people as much as they possibly can.

very bad experience

I have bought 3 complete tests for day 2 and day 8 on the 26th August and at today NOTHING !!!!
I have sent many reminders at jason at nlclinic.co.uk but no answer !!!!!! They are very very bad !
Next time I will buy at another place because this is not a way of working ! For the payment all is accepted at once but for my questions nothing. I have no tracking Nr.................. very very BAD

Scam

I paid for 2 test plus 15£ for fast delivery and my test never arrived. I did not get a tracking number On the website there is no email you can write to, when you click the word ' call us' it just takes you to the homepage. This is ridiculous I wish I had read these reviews before booking

Avoid

I've paid for 2 Test to Release kits for me and my daughter, to me the payment is just enormous! Now I realize that I shouldn't have done that: we are going to do our Day-8 tests today - but the results of Day-5 are still not known since my daughter's test is still not in the lab. And it's absolutely impossible to reach anyone by phone!!

Complete scam

Complete scam. Day 2 tests for family of 3 (over £200 plus £20 for expedite shipping) never arrived and no tracking number been provided. Spent 6 hours listening to their hold music until got through. Requested refund but been told I have to take tests elsewhere and sent results to nlclinic.co.uk to get refund.

After being on hold for 52 minutes and…

After being on hold for 52 minutes and then being cut off, I decided to write a review. I ordered and received the 247 Home Testing Day two test and have performed the test and am ready to send off. Unfortunately their system will not let me in to "activate" it so it will be run at the lab. The number I enter is absolutely correct…the number given to me by 247 and entered on my passenger locator form. My name was entered correctly and as I used it on the order…..I have had it for a long time so I actually DO remember it…. and the computerized system keeps saying the information I am entering is incorrect. IT IS NOT. I am giving two stars only because the test arrived, although I was told I would receive notice when it was mailed and I did not. It arrived so there is that. But if it is impossible to send it in for processing, it is of no use.
