Testing kit for 2 day never been delivered, trying to contact by phone no an answered also I emailed them and they never replied to emails

Easy to order, quick delivery, ok on price. And it was a local lab close to where I was situated.

Avoid this site at all costs. Ordered the 2 day test for a friend on the 6th Jan paid for the test £20. Friend returned to the UK on the 8th Jan.
today is the 10th Jan still no test kit arrived and the result should have been submitted today. Nobody answers emails (have sent 3 so far). Phone nobody answers it just keeps ringing.

This site is a scam! The government should not be advertising for this fraudulent service. I paid £130 and have never received anything. I called. The woman was rude and hung up on me.

Why are these scammers on the list of approved labs by the UK government?

We arrived today 8th of January to the UK, I bought 3 Day 2 tests on the morning of 5th of January and selected the option to be sent straight away. In theory they use Royal Mail Next Day delivery, so the order should have been on the 6th, or the 7th by the latest. Well, it has not even been dispatched yet! With any luck (which I doubt seeing the reviews here plus quite a few tweets in Twitter), it will be dispatched on Monday as tomorrow is Sunday, but that means it won’t arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday, so day 3 or 4, when we are meant to take the test between days 0 and 2… So quick to take 200 GBPs from my bank account, and yet so slow fulfilling their obligations, that is if they do it at all…

On their FAQ they tell you to contact them the day prior to arrival if you haven’t received the tracking information from Royal Mail, but if you call them you are diverted to a voicemail that does not accept more messages, and if you email them they don’t respond, at least not in a timely manner, because I still haven’t heard from them…

So now what? Do we self-isolate until we hear back from them, meaning cancelling urgent and important medical appointments? Or do we spend again an indecent amount of money with another lab?

I wonder how much commission are labs like this paying the government to get “promoted” on the government website?

Cancelling payment and reporting them as a fraud in 3,2,1…

On 4 January 2022 I have purchased from 247hometesting Day 2 PCR Express Fully Vaccinated, Results Same Day to be dispatched immediately.

To benefit from a same day result I have payed an increased price or £64.99 per test. Once I have purchased the test online, I was only provided with the tests on 6 January and send the test the same day during the lunchtime. Today, 8 January I still did not received the result despite the records showing that the test is being received in the lab yesterday.

I have sent an enquiry email to the test provider to which I still did not receive any response. Their customer service by phone is not contactable due to unreasonable waiting time.

“The same day result” advertised on their website when selling the service is incorrect and misleading. They are charging a higher price for a service that you do not deliver.

Briefly, no customer service, they advertise and take money for services that they do not provide. It’s unacceptable that such company is included on the government website among the test providers. The government should make an investigation into their business and take them off the list.

The kit was ordered on the 19th December to arrive on the 4th January proving the company ample time to make arrangements and deliver on the specified date. The kit didn't arrive on day 2 and I sent two emails to chase with no response, the kit arrived on day 5 and when I spoke to customer services, they refused to refund stating that they don't do refunds even tough they failed to fulfil their obligation and blamed Royal Mail.

I ordered a day 2 express kit from this company in December 2021 which never arrived. Day 2 has long gone and despite several emails including a request for a refund, I have received neither the refund or a reply to my emails.
Hopeless company and If I hadn't found their details on the GOV.UK web site I would assume that I have been the victim of a scam.
As they are in breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 I will now be forced to take this to the next level.

On day 6 I still haven’t received the test nor any email with the tracking number. No reply to my emails nor answer the phone. Everyone should report this company and we must get our money back! SCAM!!! GOV must investigate the issue and remove from the top list of providers!! Disgusting

DO NOT USE! TOTAL CON, NOT RECEIVED TESTS, WILL NOT REFUND! TOTAL IF 4 HOURS HOLDING ON PHONE AND NOW HAD TO PAY FOR OTHER TESTS! SHOULD NOT BE LISTED ON GOV WEBSITE 😡

This company is listed on the UK gov website. Ordered test on 2nd Jan. No confirmation email received till date (6th Jan), no message, no tracking number, phone call has long wait! Wasted time with them; now looking to get the test done elsewhere. Not an honourable way to work. Please do not use them.

The Day 2 Test NEVER arrived!! I tried to call them and I was on hold for over an hour, I could not reach out to them. I've also emailed them and no response.

Avoid. It's unbelievable that they are one of the recommended providers by the Government.

Awful experience with this company. A total scam. I ordered a day 2 test that never arrived. I called them to chase it up, and there was a 2.5 hour waiting time to get through to them. They told me that it's my issue and that I have to contact Royal Mail, which you can't contact unless you're the server. I emailed complaining and I received no answer. Pathetic.

Ordered kit on 2/1, haven't received the kit till now. Called customer service and they promised delivery by today (2 days after their website advice) and still didn't receive anything.
Just waste of time and money, a total scam and their website is misleading.

Avoid this company! Our tests arrived 6 days after we returned from our holiday. And Royal Mail in their infinite wisdom put them in our "preferred secure place" - our general waste bin - which is not the most hygienic place, and because it was almost empty (we were away for 2 weeks) I would have had to climb in to get them! The person I spoke with suggested the Christmas mail was the reason we did not receive the tests on time. Still waiting for a refund/reply.

Still waiting for the test kit ,ordered on Jan 2nd , what a joke company , no chance to get to them.

Day 2 is almost over, no sign of my test arriving, no messages from Royal Mail, nothing. Where is it? I've paid £60 odd for it so there's no excuse for lateness at that price, and it was booked before Christmas.

Update: finally received on day 4, 2 days too late. Since then I've had to go and get one onsite somewhere else (ExpressTest Cignpost - much better and results received on time). Will be sending 247 back for a refund, fingers crossed.

No received the test. No answer to the phone or email. Why is this company on the government website? What am I supposed to do now? I am fully vaccinated. I booked a day 2 test. Do I have to self isolate for 10 days? This is a scam. DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent back my test on 30th of December and I am still waiting for my results 6 days later. The customer service is basically non existent. I hope all these experiences reported here result in this company not being government recommended anymore as this is just shocking. Stay clear!!!
