Beware their awful optomechanical trackball. Eat one potato chip and their ball starts to slip against its rollers. Be sure to buy only pure optical track balls or mice, with laser sensors.

If I could do a negative 5 star I…

If I could do a negative 5 star I would. Let me start by saying these guys are frauds. I ordered a chair last March, paid in full and for the next 10 months they made up lies why my chair was not done. You name it..supply chain, China etc. Finally I decided to call the manufacturer who informed me that 24/7 was no longer a distributer, that my chair was done but sold to someone else when they failed to pay. I contacted my bank and got my money back but I had over 40 emails of lies! I got my chair 5 weeks to the day later when I ordered from someone else. STAY AWAY.

We are a drop shipper and the chair was ordered directly with the manufacturer the day the customer placed their order. We were told by the manufacturer that there were parts that were on back order for the custom chair the customer ordered. We sent the below message to the customer after we received this info from the manufacturer.

"The manufacturer said they are still waiting on parts to come in from overseas to produce your chair. They couldn't give me a firm date as they are expecting the parts to come in within approximately 4-8 weeks due to continued supply chain issues. Please let me know if you would like to continue to wait or if you would like us to cancel your order. Very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused."

Customer then responded.

"Thanks for the update, this is terrible news. I have waited 3 months already so canceling does nothing for me."

We sent the below email to the customer. a few months later after the manufacturer did not fulfill their order.

"Since RFM is not able to fulfill our order we have no choice but to issue you a full refund for your purchase. First off we don't pay RFM for our orders until they are shipped. Since your order hasn't shipped out yet we would not pay RFM for your order. You can clearly see the payment terms are on the RFM order confirmation I provided to you in my last email as terms with RFM are net 30. We would never pay for an order until after 30 days when the order ships. Since your order hasn't shipped out yet we would not have to pay RFM for your order nor would they ask for payment on your order it if they can't fulfill the order.. We were never notified by RFM that your chair was subsequently sold elsewhere as you stated. That is new news to me if that is what they told you. I never heard of a manufacturer selling a chair ordered to someone else without notifying the customer or shipping out the chair. Makes no sense.

Your credit card is charged immediately at the time of purchase on our website since every chair is custom built to your specifications. We need to insure the money is there before we can submit your order to the manufacturer. That is our policy. Your money was never floated as you stated. You knew at the time of placing the order and looking at your credit card receipt it shows that your credit card was charged at the time of purchase. If you had an issue with your credit card being charged at the time of purchase you should have contacted us immediately so we could cancel your order.

On many emails sent to you we stated if you no longer wish to wait for your order we can issue you a full refund. Since you waited to long to request a refund since you didn't want to wait any longer for your chair our credit card payment processing system will not allow us to credit a credit card beyond 180 days. That's their policy not ours. Anything beyond 180 days is out of our control and the customer needs to contact their card provider for a refund. They have all the info here to issue you a credit back to your card."

Very pleased with X chair purchase on 247 Ergo!

I ordered an X5 chair from 247 Ergo in August of 2021. Mark and the customer service team were outstanding in terms of communicating delivery times and taking care of an issue with the arm on the chair. Their pricing is the best online and you can save significant $ vs. buying direct on X chairs website. Highly recommend this company!

Called for product description and help picking the right product. I got very patient and accurate assistance. The product arrived ahead of schedule, well packed and in perfect condition. Price was very competitive. This was a personal purchase but I'm going to recommend to my corporate purchasing department. Thanks very much.

The Zwopper Chair is a Whopper!

The Zwopper Chair is a Whopper!! I sat on an exercise bowl for 11 years so I could keep moving as I coached on the Internet. In 2016 I was tired of pumping up my old ball... and moved up to the Zwopper. Wow... does the same thing and more and it looks professional as well.
