Delivery issues

My package still has yet been delivered. There was an issue with my package drop off on Sunday where they said they could not find address. Which I do not know how that could be. I get packages all the time. I’m still awaiting my package which they said it would then be delivered in 2 days due to my first drop off not received.

As mentioned when we spoke earlier, USPS was unable to tell us why the package was unable to be delivered to the address you provided to us. We verified the address was correct as provided to us. But to correct the issue, we went ahead and sent out a replacement item, along with a discount code for your patience, and upgraded the shipping on your new delivery.

We have sent your replacement product out for 2-day shipping with a different courier. The package left our warehouse yesterday and will be to you in the 2 days that we mentioned.

You can track your package with the tracking number we provided to you earlier.
