This firm put their sticker on our front door.

Actually had rolls of transparent stickers with their company name and phone number to stick on people’s front doors.

Bloody hell!

This is a front door with a notice asking politely for advertisements, cards, free papers etc NOT to be posted through the letterbox…..
…….And cold callers, political canvassers and those offering goods and services NOT to bother the residents.

So this is one firm we will not be calling.

Ever.

And observe Trustpilot’s criminally misleading algorithm: Three one star reviews, but the overall rating? 3 stars. How in hell does that work?

I am writing to complain in the strongest manner.
I called on Sunday to get assistance to gain access to my house. The call handler assured me that i would have an operative within 20/30 minutes. After 45minutes i had still not heard anything. I was assured that she would call me back immediately. After 15 minutes i called again, I was assured again that an engineer would be calling me back. But they didn't!. at 3.00pm i called again, this time a gentleman took my call. He was annoyed that this had gone on so long. He called me back from a mobile number at 3.15 to tell me that someone was coming, the operative was round the corner.
A few minutes later a chap arrived, he looked at my door and told me that he could get me in. I asked him for a price to get the door open and repair the lock. He said he couldn't give me a price for repair but DEMANDED £250 just to get the door open. I told him that was totally unacceptable. He became aggressive and i felt threatened. I told him to leave. I called the office again and reported the matter.
If this is how they manage a service i think it is extortionate. To have operatives demand ridiculous prices and threaten senior's.
