Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. I had a small issue with my order (two T-shirts arrived without the embroidery), and the team immediately sent replacements and even allowed me to keep the original ones. Truly excellent customer service.
Also, I want to say that these T-shirts have been a real lifesaver since my baby was born. I first discovered them through a reseller in Croatia, and now I ordered directly. They are comfortable, practical, and honestly the only T-shirts I wear right now. Highly recommend.

The quality of the Tshirts is not so good, also very overpriced, I thought they were the ones with came up with the idea of those products, it turns out there are a lot of companies doing the same but with way better quality, also the zipper is very thick and itchy

Wrong embroidery and no response from customer service on several channels
I ordered a t shirt and sweatshirt, the embroidery on the sweatshirt is incorrect. I contacted the company immediately on receipt of the item with pictures and the description from the website, which shows that the embroidery should have been different. I received no response by email or WhatsApp over several days. I can only assume this is a scam company.

Money lost, no delivery, no response
I placed my order 35889 on 12 July, which has been handled in an unacceptable and misleading manner.
They initially failed to notify me of any shipping delay. Only after my inquiry did they inform me that the item in size S was unavailable, offering size M instead. I accepted, clearly stating it should be sent to my holiday address. They confirmed express shipping the following day — this was not never fulfilled.
Subsequent attempts to contact them via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram were ignored. When they finally responded, again promised express shipment, which was another untruth.
I have given the company ample opportunity to resolve this matter, yet the situation remains unresolved.
I hereby demand an immediate full refund of my payment that is more than 100 €, but still no response from their side.
Take care with this company, they quickly take your money and you never will get your products.
PD: In the company's response to this comment, they claim that they were on holiday, as stated on their website. However, this is not true. According to the information on their own site, their holiday started on August 1st, while I placed my order on July 12th.

Weird sizing, fabric feels cheap
The sizing is really weird. I ordered one shirt and one dress, the shirt (size M) fits, the dress is waaaaaay too big. Plus, the fabric feels kind of hard and not very comfy. I am keeping the shirt as it is very hard to find half way decent looking nursing clothes, but the dress has to go back (at my own cost).

Bought 4 breastfeeding t-shirts. The fabric feels nice to the skin, the zippers work great during the day (give way more freedom in movement then I was used to). The clothing of 23MaiParis makes breastfeeding comfortable and relaxed (also decent in public). And I get a lot of compliments wearing the shirts!

Bad Service
Unfortunately, all the T-shirts are different, even though they were all ordered in the same size. None of the shirts fit and I therefore have to return the entire order. I have already announced the return twice by email, but unfortunately I have not received any response or feedback! I can't find the return address anywhere either, so I can't send the order back at the moment. The service and quality of the T-shirts is really subterranean. I do not recommend this store. I don't understand how you can meet the 2-week deadline for returns if you can't get a return address and customer service is unavailable? I hope that I will still be refunded the amount of the order, as I announced the return in good time by email!
Please let me know the address so that I can return the order!

Spent over £100 on Etsy not arrived
Spent over £100 on Etsy. Tracking website French which is fine but I translated and it states my items where delivered and signed for on the 2nd of May.
I do not have my items and I have checked my door camera.
