Well to be honest I was just going to give it a good review after deposit of 50 pound winning just short of a grand I know I shouldn't of played it but yeah I did but from 987 pounds to not even through out all that did I get a bonus free spins or anything else other than loosing the the winnings and the 50 pound I'd put on there I as not a chance am having that all that and not even a scatter bonus well there goes your five stars review I was thinking of giving you that's sickening how is it possible to play all that and not even get a bonus

I made deposit no issues but after winning a substantial amount it’s been impossible to receive my money owes.

They request two forms of ID which I provided in good faith.

1st was an in date council tax bill
2nd was an in date photo driving license .
These were both received by them excepted and verified . They also confirmed this by email.

After this they still refused to release my winnings and asked for a picture of myself holding my driving license in front of my face. This I did under duress and felt a blatant infringement of my privacy.

They then request a bank statement showing the 2 deposit of £20 which again submitted

Every step I do you they add an extra hurdle to complete.

They have stole and bullied thousands of customers out of their winnings but are very quick to take their deposit with very little concern to safety

I’m still a year on fighting on a weekly basis. Also gone through resolver

The 24/7 chat support service is terrible. I’m certain they’re bots. Each agent has different security to ask you. Only one person named ‘Bryan’ was able to locate my account. The other agents I spoke to weren’t able I find my account which I find incredibly perplexed by.

Going back to the verification process. If you use an online bank such as chase. You will need to get a letter for proof of ownership which should state all the details the card has as these cards are blank and don’t display the details required by the verification team.

If you have made previous deposits with a card which is now expired you will need to submit an image of that card. Which is very hard to do if you have destroyed it.. like I did in my case.

Having explained I had destroyed this card in a lengthy email to their support team. I received an automated response which was no help at all.

I had a withdrawal pending on my account and was locked out of my account until I was able to be verified. Then 2 days after sending the email to there support team, out of the blue I had received my withdrawal without my account being verified.
