E I couldn't able to deposit easily with UPI . Always getting error while depositing. And while withdrawal to bank transfer also always after cash out request approved balance back to casino balance itself.... Deposit through icash voucher and other methods are great except UPI ....Withdrawal to icash voucher payment is great and instantly got after approving... Please fix the deposit and withdrawal for UPI id and fix the problem for bank transfer also. Scam!! I own more than 10 thousand euro when i go to withdrawal they ask back to back my very sensitive documents and i quit!! I los more than 5 thousand euro my own!!!
And i am going to complain police because they already took my very sensitive information and documents!!!

Please please avoid using this website, first of all it’s not regulated. If you win any substantial amount of money they slow the withdrawal process down and make you jump through hoops to get your money, I’ve also been accused of “cheating” the system by their security department all because I had some success. Stay away, they’re dozens of better sites to have a flutter on.

Based on my personal experience, this company appears completely unreliable and feels like a fake platform.

My withdrawal has been delayed far beyond every promised timeframe. After waiting for many days and contacting support multiple times, I still never received my funds. The “payment proof” they sent me did not contain any transaction ID, no official reference number, and did not look like a real Easypaisa receipt. My bank could not trace anything because there was no verifiable proof at all.

The support team kept giving deadlines, but none of them were fulfilled. I was left waiting, stressed, and completely disappointed.
In my opinion, no genuine company treats customers like this.

I am sharing this review so others can be aware and avoid going through the same frustrating experience.

Po výhře 42 350,99 Kč mi 20Bet zrušilo výběry a zablokovalo účet. Poslal jsem všechny požadované dokumenty, včetně občanského průkazu a platebních screenshotů. Přesto mi přestali odpovídat a nyní se mi vrací i e-maily. Jednání bez jakékoli transparentnosti. Podal jsem stížnost na Curaçao eGaming.

In short, when I deposited 2,500 CZK there was no problem and the money was credited to my gaming account immediately. However, when I tried to withdraw around 50,000 CZK the same day, the first problems appeared. First, they told me I had to round the amount, then they claimed my IBAN was incorrect. I tried again for three days in a row, making about eight attempts, but the casino kept giving me nonsensical excuses. At that point, I realized they simply didn’t want to pay me out (apparently I was a “bad customer”).

When I repeatedly tried further withdrawals, they again replied that the withdrawal was rejected and that something was supposedly wrong. Eventually, when I had about 42,000 CZK left in my account, they wrote to me that I had violated some terms and conditions, claiming I had played with higher stakes or something similar, which was complete nonsense. After I asked for clarification, they completely removed my balance and left me with only 500 CZK, stating again that I had broken their rules.

When I requested a precise explanation of what I had allegedly violated, they stopped responding altogether. My emails ended up marked as unread or spam, meaning they blocked my email. Later, when I tried to log in again, my account was already blocked and I couldn’t even submit a complaint through their website.

To me, this is disgusting behavior – they are scammers, nothing more. They lure you in, but when it comes to paying out larger winnings (like 150,000 CZK), they come up with endless excuses and in the end, you get nothing.

I also have full screenshot documentation of all emails and the rejected withdrawal attempts in several cases.
