From start to finish the atmosphere was a relaxed environment in which to learn and absorb the course content, which when putting yourself outside your comfort zone is not always easy. Big thanks to Kelvin and Mark for the way they delivered this training.

Great course delivered by Kelvin and Mark, both very knowledgeable trainers with excellent content delivery. Both Kelvin and Mark were happy to answer questions throughout. Would highly recommended both Level 3 in Teaching & Training and 2020 Safety Training.

Great course, with some excellent tips, tactics and teaching/ training skills, fed back from both Kelvin & Mark was extremely useful and helpful, they were great at pointing out your strong points and then were you needed a little bit more work, whilst all the while putting you at ease, I also felt they had an amazing way of getting you to really look at yourself in a positive light to help you grow into a confident speaker in front of a room full of people. When I was initially told the course involved standing up and speaking for 20 minutes...at 2 sperate times, it scared the life out, but with 2020 Safety Trainings help I now feel that more confident when doing so and I know with time if I follow the what they have taught me my presentation and training sessions will only grow from strength to strength.

I started my journey with 2020 safety training following the unfortunate debacle with NCRQ.

The one thing that stood out with this organisation vs the many other providers in the market, was the fact that Kelvin Blackburn was passionate about supporting people through what was a difficult time, with few businesses offering any degree of support or wise counsel.

I commenced my learning with 2020 Safety Training in November 2022 and have recently concluded the course. Throughout the journey, Kelvins advice, patience and guidance has been absolutely first class, in addition to which he is always readily available to offer wisdom outside of the qualification, should the need arise.

I started my Level 6 NQV with 2020 Safety at the tail end of 2022 and have completed in September this year. I found the whole process easy, the portal for the NVQ is very easy to use and user friendly.
I can't fault the support and guidance Kelvin provided throughout, nothing was ever too much and he was always on hand to answer any questions which made the whole process a lot easier. I would highly recommend 2020 Safety to anyone for any training course as they do loads! Looking forward to my next planned course with them in 2024.

I started my NVQ journey last November 2022. Kelvin and the 2020 team have been outstanding with the ongoing support and guidance to ensure I managed the process to the best of my abilities. Completed the day course with Kelvin for Proqual Level 3 teaching and training. The content was really interesting and useful and a massive help for another teaching course I did at work. Kelvin was really professional through the day but also very relaxed and put a lot of humour into the video call.

Instructor Kelvin Blackburn has made the course incredibly interesting and fun. I've enjoyed hearing abort how he has used content on the course in his day to day work experiences. He's made me want to advance further into the H&S field.
