Good afternoon everyone, I want to inform you that 1xBet are scammers!

Everything happened about two months ago, when I topped up my balance for the first time and placed a bet. To my surprise and happiness, the bet won, and I won 7,000,000 AMD, which is over $18,000.

After that, I happily decided to withdraw the money — and that’s where everything started.
They asked me to complete verification, to which I politely agreed. They requested documents: a photo of my passport and a selfie with the passport — the usual procedure.
I sent all the necessary photos for verification, and that’s when the problems began.

First of all, they took way too long to respond: 7 days passed — no answer, 10 days passed — still nothing.
I wrote again — they told me to wait.

I called the number +44 1273 256987, which was listed in their contacts. A woman answered, we spoke politely, and I explained the issue.
She told me that I supposedly needed to add their VIP email and add it to my contacts, because I was writing from my iCloud email — the one I used during registration.

Okay, I agreed and added it. Then I sent the documents again — on 10.11.2025, and since then, up until today, there has been no response at all.

I decided to call the same number again. And strangely enough — they started answering in an unknown language, not even English!
A language that only God knows.
To all my questions and requests to answer in Russian or connect me to Russian support — they simply ignored me and hung up.

In the online chat on their website, they didn’t give me a number or any clear answer either. They said I needed to communicate through the chat.
Alright, let’s communicate then, I said.

I explained the situation again. They asked me to send a bank statement (I will attach it so everyone can see).
I went to the bank, got the statement in PDF format with the bank’s signature, and sent it to them.

Then I received a message claiming that I had forged the document, and if I did it “again,” they would block me!
Can you imagine?! They accused me of forging documents. I was shocked.
I replied a bit more firmly so they would understand what they were accusing a person of.

I sent the same bank statement again and wrote that if they continued this way, I would start posting everywhere so people would know the truth.

They replied that “the document is not suitable,” take a photo, do this, do that…
I told them: “Listen, what do you actually need? I am ready to send a video — give me a number, I’ll call and explain.”
They replied that they “won’t answer calls and only need the document.”

I sent everything again and decided to share this review here so everyone knows what happened!

On [insert date of withdrawal request], I requested to withdraw 200,000 EGP from my 1xBet account. The withdrawal was supposed to be processed through one of their local agents (payment intermediary).

Despite providing all the requested documents (wallet statements from my telecom provider, proof that no funds were ever transferred to me, and screenshots of my correspondence with support), my account was blocked without justification. The company repeatedly asked me for documents that are impossible to provide in Egypt (such as PDF-stamped bank statements for telecom wallets).
